Not watching the match but from the statistics that I'm seeing online, Newcastle most be defending with all their 11 players (lol). City has 13 shots, 538 passes, 89 accuracy and 78% ball possession. Probably it'll take a defensive mistake for city to go ahead, won't be surprised too if newscastle get something out of the game.
Currently having mix feeling, for the pool (I want City to win) but for the club (Chelsea) hope Newcastle can hold city to a draw so we can reclaim the 3rd positive, after winning todays game with a clean sheet at home. Thought this game would be a walk in the park for city.

December is a lovely month full of games coming thick and fast, I've put in my predictions for the 3 game periods ahead, I would suggest everyone just fill in December since it's going to be easy to forget (but review often with injuries and rotations sure to change squads!).

Actually, with Woodward. That guy might be a good businessman but is a terrible director of football. Some of his transfers are really like a child playing Football Manager.

Why exactly do you think he's a clown?
He got extremely lucky with his Sevilla side, they played horrible football but won 3 consecutive Europa Leagues. That Sevilla side and their Europa league run is by far the biggest mystery in football - it shocks me more than Greece at the Euros. Only thing that comes close is Ranieri's Leicester.
After Sevilla he went to PSG where he was completely lost (for example, he occasionally played Matuidi as a left winger) and where he got destroyed 6-1 in Barcelona. After that he went to Arsenal and did absolutely nothing, he had 5 offensive players of the same type at the club and did not know what to do with them all while playing no-names in defence and centre mid.
He is a fraud and one of the worst 'respected' managers around. Absolutely clueless.
Poch will probably go to Man United when they inevitably get rid of Solksjaar unless someone else snaps him up in the meantime. United probably would have gotten rid of Ollie already if they had a decent replacement lined up but now Poch is free I'm sure there's been some talks. Don't see the point in getting rid of Emery either. Ljungberg won't do any better or likely whoever else they get. I wonder what are the odds of Wenger returning

A smart decision, I was shocked when they hired him in the first place. That guy is the biggest clown in football.
I wanted him to remain there forever but he stayed longer than he should.
Who will they be getting now, no way they can get Poch and I don't see Nagelsmann or even Rodgers switching there at this point.

.Not really any truly exciting potential matches this round, but might watch Newcastle v Man City just to see if Newcastle can take any points from it. Wolverhampton - Sheffield United might be interesting. Both teams are on fire this season and are only separated by a point.

Whoever said the FA needs to come up with fines for needless sacking? I'll support that.
I am not sure if I would support that, the way it is set up brings a bit more of drama to the game. I agree that some clubs are changing their managers way to often but that is sort of crime without victim. That manager who gets sacked usually gets full amount of money he would get if worked his whole agreed duration of the contract. In other words he gets full pay for 4 years of good job for actually doing 1 year of bad job. If that isn't a joke on his employer expanse (club owner) I don't know what is
There's enough drama as it is, but docking them points for sacking managers mid season will add drama for you. Teams are already docked points for things like financial mismanagement and I think they should start doing it for managerial mismanagement
. Everybody knows in most cases sacking managers is pointless and achieves little to nothing other than instability at the club so I don't see why it's necessary in most instances. Does anyone think Ranieri should have been sacked? I never heard anyone say that was a good idea. Doubt you'll find many who think Poch should have gone either. Either see the season out with the manager you started with or pay the price. I really think the whole culture around managers being disposable needs to change because it's only going to get worse as they're easy fodder and targets to take the blame for the teams poor performances. Recently I am very poor and now drop from 10 to 13 but still happy I am in above pictures hopefully I will back in good position in next few weeks as this time International break was not good for me LFC is still on top and its very good for him he is super tipster for EPL.
I think we all still have a long way to go. One or two good round can give you a place in the top 5. Few weeks ago I was 14th or 15th then the round before the last one I had a good shot that bought me in top 5 and last round bought me in 2nd place. Still LFC leading though. If you look at the table then you will see there are not much gap between all of us. I see you have 116.50 and that's not too far.
