Climbing up step by step on the leaderboard, I was on 17th for the first week IIRC but now I'm in 7th. Not so bad although made so many wrong prediction instead of getting some result or close predictions. LFC is able to make a nice GAP with the other participants already, 4 points ahead from the 2nd position but there so close gap between the other participants (2nd to bottom) so I guess this competition will be harder/tighter than last year competition.

2.5 points from that round total lol. Can't believe Spurs lost to Newcastle and at home. Nobody predicted that outcome, not unexpectedly. I have Newcastle to go down on an accumulator as well. Spurs can't be throwing points away like that if they want to stay in the running for the title, but I think it's going to be down to Liverpool and City all the way.

Damn Harko, nice 3-1s on both the league leaders. I went 3-0 and 2-1 so at least got close results.
Pamoldar thanks, but yellow cap at only 14.5 points doesn't feel like much of an achievement though haha.
The bummer was predicting 1-1 on Spurs. I still feel they should have had their penalty, but can't complain when Newcastle get that kind of result. Still like the team, not so much SB. But what can you do?

I was almost invisible like some others as well but two correct scores (LFC and City match) saved me.
However in the leader-board my position is shit LOL. I have no clue how to get massive result like LFC_Bitcoin and Mic.

There you have it, a City that always get the job done!
There definitely is not gonna be an easy ride for LFC, If they are ever going to claim the EPL against this Citizens they'll have to be on their toes all season long.
A 3 - 1 win for City means, I'll still have to wait for my first correct score in the pool.

Went with 2-1 and it's that score now at half time. I'm sure there'll be a couple more goals at least. I'll be happy if City lose points if I don't get the score right.

Heh. Remember Harry Wilson guys? Been rooting for him in the Championship all of last season after his super free kick to dump our old rivals in Caraboo... and now he strikes for us against another rival. Bournemouth will probably still lose but man they should have been 1-1 earlier when Otamendi chested down the ball in no man's land in penalty box.
We should bring him back to the club next season!

What a crazy Saturday! Very bad round for me and most people apart from sojourner! Will the craziness continue today ?
Yeah, this round is very bad for me again so far, only 2.5 points from Saturday matches. From what I saw, sojourner usually goes against the majority. It's risky strategy, but when there is lot of unexpected results, he usually benefits most from it.Today I don't expect surprises from Bournemouth and Newcastle, but Wolves - Burnley game is hard to predict.
I am Sojourner, so yeah you've noticed I try to go against majority. Didn't work for me last season (I did start off well though), but I enjoy getting the points since I also make 1 or 2 bets -- usually try to "hedge" by betting against prediction haha.
But yeah 13 points is nice at this stage, I could have had 14.5 if Liverpool just managed to keep the clean sheet. Nice to not be bottom but it's early days!
Very good weekend whatever today's results, because I bet on Aston Villa and Crystal Palace.

I was on zero from this round until I got a measly point from the Liverpool win.
Same for me but I managed to hit correct score on LFC so now it looks a bit better. Horrible week in our pool but at least I made some money from betting thanks to Arsenal late goal.

In this round I have very good jump and now feeling good in top 3 with 2 exact results hopefully tomorrow will more good and can go with leader very exciting with my first 3 weeks progress look like we are going to have very tough competition.
