Arsenal getting the job done again with a 2-1 win against Wolves. I don’t like to admit it but they have the look of Champions don’t they. They keep winning despite not playing well. Mind you, I thought that last season, tgey are the masters of choking but will it be different this season?

Hopefully Liverpool do the job tomorrow and beat Fulham, we need to stay close to Arsenal. We play them at Anfield on 23rd December. I have tickets for the game, we are very, very difficult to beat at home.

Arsenal keep on winning and this 2-1 result pushed me pretty well. Was hoping for this result and i think Arsenal now is in pretty good form. They chocked last season but i think it will be close this year aswell. Liverpool should win easily against Fulham tommorow but Fulham always scores against bigger teams.
After every match now they are getting better and having pretty good performance in this match against Wolves which give them three points and more time for staying at the top of league table.
Now tomorrow we have few interesting matches I have feeling Liverpool will take this with score of 3-0 and Manchester City will also ruin Tottenham which is already on bad streak after staying at the top for many weeks.
After a few weeks I am having good results and now hoping for more points on Super Sunday as things are looking good for good predictions.

Newcastle bossed, if they had better finishes, they would have been 5-0 up minimum. United did not disappoint -- I was just worried Toons would get robbed defending 1-0 again haha.

Well done Merseyside Blue, casperBGD!

They do. Haven't been watching them much lately but they feel stronger than last season. Discipline seems to be improving. Beat City (!).

We need to do our job. Just keep the goals coming -- and make December count. That's a nice pre-Christmas. Don't forget pics Wink

big win on a side, another one, for Everton, and we are 2 points from leaving relegation zone, even with this 10 point deduction
defense was on top, Nottingham had some chances, but one goal was enough for three points

now we have to start winning at home turf

Arsenal win, Burnley demolished Sheffield, and mostly realistic scores today

But they did play well today, they were very brilliant for the first quarter of the match and applied good game management for the majority of the match. They did make one or two mistakes at the back and one of those was punished leading up to a nervy finish.

We do have the feel of champions and Rice just makes that last season's team a whole lot better with his relentless contributions to the team.

Hopefully Tomiyasu is okay and it was just a slight knock.

We play them at Anfield on 23rd December. I have tickets for the game, we are very, very difficult to beat at home.
You are sure of a treat on that date.

The game of football is not always fair. Those who saw that game understood Eveton was the better team because they had the most chances to score, the most shots on goal, and the most xG in the entire game, but as you mentioned, they weren't at their best when it came to finishing up chances. United had only 4 shots on goal and scored 4, which has been the case all season. Play shit and still finds a way to win.

Onana somehow step up his game and made alot of saves. Im happy with the result because we needed that 3 points badly but not with the statistics. Its true, Everton was the better team all along but we somehow won the game. Given this kind of statistics, Im pretty sure that we are going to suffer another lost on the next UCL because thats where the main goal is for now

Last game of the round and potentially going to be my best round so far this season if Wolves ended up winning tonight. Too bad I got the same answer as Learnbitcoin so eventhough if it ended up with exact scores then I'd still be on #2

...which has been the case all season. Play shit and still finds a way to win.
It has been, but remember all their victories have come against bottom of the table sides, reason why I am looking forward to their next couple of matches;
Newcastle (A)
Chelsea (H)
Bournemouth (H)
Liverpool (A)
West Ham (A)
Aston Villa (H)

Only one of their next 6 is against a current bottom of the table side, if United are still in within a shout of a top four spot at the end of the first half of the season, then they should be taken seriously, I do not expect they will be.

Everton were not that bad for most of the game and I will like to think the scoreline does not represent the sequence of play during the game.
Manchester United scored their second goal at the 56' mark, at which time the penalty was only their second shot on or off target after almost one hour of play. During this period Everton had created lots of chances but were not clinical in front of goal, and after the second goal they lost most of their fighting spirit and some of the fans started to trod out.

Absolutely and to watch Everton playing tonight was embarrassing to say the least,to me it looked like they were a team from Championship and not a team from Premier League.I don't know if Manchester United is such a great team but surely against such Everton they totally dominated the game and scored three goals easily...

Gernacho's goal was absolute genius, tailored to perfection. I will vote his goal over Rooney's even though that was a derby goal.

Watched Spurs tonight, I don't know how they didn't get more from that game. Looked like much better team in the first half and had several goals ruled out for offside. It was all good decisions but still they were very close and I feel like on another day this could have been 5:3 for Spurs and the game we will talk about for long time.

Spurs are being spursy. Losing three games in a row from a winning position is insane, but at least I won't be hearing Angeball for a while. Injury and suspension against Chelsea have already ruined their season.

The last time Tottenham beat Manchester at Etihad they lost 3 games in a row. At least there is a positive motivation out of it spur fans.

what a goal by Garnacho
it was a masterpiece, try to look for it, if you didn't watch, although it will probably be on all highlights, so you will not miss it

and it has put an Everton to additional pressure on start, that resulted with high win for United
onwards to relegation fight, hopefully there will be enough points to clear deduction
I have seen the goal, real beauty and definitely worth looking it up.

Everton is in deep shit right now and they need to change their game as if they play like this at home again I am going to be always against them and make some good money.
Didn't watch this particular game but Everton was actually quite good in recent weeks. Maybe they were still a bit shocked with that points deduction but I believe they will avoid relegation even with that penalty. They are much better than Sheffiled, Luton and Burnley.

Manchester United has been pretty shitty and we only won by 1 goal difference on the last 4 wins and that is not a good statistic considering that 3 of them are lower tier teams like Luton, Fulham and Sheffield.
Not just the last four matches, all of their victories in the EPL this season has been by a goal difference and all came against teams in the bottom half of the table.
They have won four of their last five, but have been far from convincing in the league and I will be very surprised if they come away with a victory in today's fixture.

Aston Villa continues the log list of surprises fr this match week.

For me Manchester United the odd is unusually high in tonight game as it is 2.50 as an odd so maybe that is the best bet to make in today games for the Premier League.I know that the odd is a bit normal considering the recent performance of both teams but I think Manchester United is still United and against Everton who barely is above the relegation zone can be an easy target for United.
~

Currently the quotes are as follows:

2.66 - 3.35 - 2.72

6th place against 19th and United are not even favorites!  Grin
In the poll, I think I chose United to win, but it seems that the bookmakers, as always, know something and are adjusting their quotes towards Everton. If I were making a money bet, I would definitely bet on Everton.

How annoying it is when 10 minutes are added to the first half, what idiocy (Tottenham - Aston Villa)  Angry

As for Everton, their last 5 games was actually quite impressive by getting 3 wins and 1 draw against Brighton so Im expecting shitstorm in this game so probably its either another 0-1 lucky win for Manchester United again or Everton to get that 1-0 win

You cant really trust Manchester United when Onana is goalkeeping for them  Roll Eyes

Also the other game I wonder why such a high odd for Tottenham as I know they lost badly in last two games but at home over 2 against Aston Villa is another odd to take.Personally I placed single bets for each of the two teams, most likely they won't come true as Premier League is full of surprises but I gave it a shot, such odds are strange for me.

Arsenal top, Chelsea flopped, Liverpool couldn't win but stopped the Etihad win streak. I ended up not even able to watch the game. Suppose I can't really complain.

Everton getting a win would soothe me some today but it's really just one of those weeks I prefer to forget ever happened.

Remember they are without Haaland
I'm guessing you fell victim to Pep's mind game as well. \

Yeah I saw that coming a mile away. That guy's not even unfit, he's just being reserved for crucial clashes. Pep's go-to strat.

Ouch, what a round. I picked 5/7 wrong outcomes so far. Luckily it's the same for y'all.

I was quite happy with Liverpool's performance today - a stupid, stupid goal but otherwise we did ok.
I did not expect Newcastle with so many injuries to walk over Chelsea - but Chelsea is a cointoss team this season. You never know what kind of performance they're gonna give.

You are right about our attitude towards games; the character of the players yesterday was the worst this season; nobody was ready to play, they were scattered about the pitch and there was no game plan; it was painful to see.

Poch is an amazing manager, but he isn't what Chelsea need; his tactical game is awful and he doesn't know how to play.To get inside the head of a player, he hasn't improved any player yet. Making James captain was yet another blunder by Poch.
