Set the static complexity, the cards are simply idle at a complexity of 1200 000

Will repost my reply from the sumo thread.

Are you using SRBMiner, right?

I monitored the network traffic for a while and i'm sure your problem is caused by the bug in the mining software and is not related to the FairPool somehow.
FairPool's stratum code utilizes sophisticated variable diff algorithm and it actually does its job quite well.

Just use opensource xmr-stak or xmrig.

i don't really understand what we are talking about here?

Is the problem that the pool sets too high diff ?

I myself am mining sumo at https://pool.sumokoin.com and it works great .
sumo.fairpool.cloud (here all the powers)
A person, to talk about not working, was not, he automatically raises the difficulty up to, say, 1200 000, and the cards are beaten empty or nothing until the pool changes complexity, much is lost !!!!!
And in the post above, the creators of the pool say that the SRBMiner-CN error and it is necessary to use the other software !!!!

Wowww!!! Amazing strap for 580 Hynix. I can get 1030 average (cryptonight-heavy), core clock 1200 and mem clock 2100.

Thank you, Dok!

Someone perhaps has great strap for 580 micron (cryptonight-heavy) that can be shared here?

I hope you are using it with SRBMiner Wink

Hello, is it possible to add an option to disable/enable windows gpus before start mining ?

Thanks

this is something i am already working on for the next version

i use DevManView.exe for this.
and call with reset.bat like this

@echo off
SET "version=01"
SET "title=%~nx0 - version %version%"
TITLE %title%

SET device1="Radeon RX Vega"

echo.
echo Uredjaj: %device1%
timeout 2
DevManView.exe /disable %device1%
echo Uredjaj: %device1% disablan
timeout 5
DevManView.exe /enable %device1%
echo Uredjaj: %device1% enablan

echo.
echo THE END!!!
timeout 5

ALL Vega card in device menager have identicala name : "Radeon RX Vega"

Iff you have diferent card you must use more, SET device2= name card , SET device3= name card

Cast xmr works better for vega and heavy. Srbminer is best for v7

not true
i have 3*vega 56 -
heavy and cast = 4400HR
heavy and SRB = 4500HR
SS heavy - 530W

v7 and cast = 5550HR
v7 and SRB = 5850HR
SS v7 - 565W

Just set "ADD_Wallet.DIFF", i use always   H/S*40, if my h/s=1000 I will set "ADD_Wallet.40000". Try one that's good for you
On this pool there is no static diff, so you name the vorker.

is this hynix mjr with 8gb? If yes mind to share your strap?

Yap, hynix MJR and the strap that Doktor83 posted.

what's your intensity work size and thread ? max I can get is 995 h/s with your core clock and mem clock setting. I just realize that strap is different with strap from pimp my strap SRBPolaris.

What Int are you using? the one i posted is on Int 104, but after testing Int 112 gives even more, about 1025-1030h/s.
Still have to test things further, i have a feeling there is still room for improvement.

previously i set my intensity 72, I never though can set intensity that high. will try intensity 104 and 112. many thanks man.

Someone can help me?
I need config for vega 56...  I have only 1820 h/s (1485 core/920 mem)

What algo are you mining and what are your current settings? Easier to start from where you are to see if anyone can help.
v7 - XMR. Gigabyte Vega 56.

1) BlockChain Drivers: 900/920 -100mV:
intensity 106-112, worksize 8, threads 2 - 1800-1860 h/s
and on
2) Adrenalin 18.3.4: 1500/920
intensity 106-112, worksize 8, threads 2 - 1800-1860 h/s  Huh

Errors appear on 920+ memory

I am running a reference 56 with stock BIOS. 950 mem clock. My best setting is below. I posted it earlier in this thread for people to try.

110.5/16 worksize/2 thread.

Should get ~1920 h/s. Maybe a bit less on your mem clock. Try it and post results.

you need to read the first page too, there is always fresh info about version updates.
Also it wasn't mining for me, it got stuck at pool change, so basically it wasn't doing anything.

In log file i see only this

you need to read the first page too, there is always fresh info about version updates.
Also it wasn't mining for me, it got stuck at pool change, so basically it wasn't doing anything.

my ASUS STRIX rx570 4gb cards, wouldn't go more than I=29, hashing at 500~600 H/s, no matter what clock and memory settings I put in AB. what can be the problem?

at the same time, some of my RX470 8gb nitro+ are hashing at I=50 and 850-950H/s on one rig, and I=41 and 750-800H/s on the other..
Contact Mattthev, he'll sort you out with some great memory straps to flash your GPUs with in case you haven't got decent ones.

I assume you've set your intensity, worksize and amount ot threads properly?

Is there better timmings then the ones of PolarisEditor? Like that give good boosts.

I have a couple of questions:

1) Has doktor83 released the source code of SRBminer?

IMHO, it's crucial to have the source code of any possible improvements, so that we don't end up with a Claymore v9.7 situation (the author has even refused BTC/ETH donations to release the source code to the community).

2) How is it possible that Claymore v9.7 can use the entire memory with 15.7.1 Catalyst driver, but other miners cannot do the same? Is there any OpenCL hack that makes 14.4 drivers redundant?

I don't even know if it's possible to copy/paste the OpenCL dll file from 14.4 to 15.7.1 or something like that to detect the memory properly...

1. No, and won't do it. Why ? As soon as i release it, people will remove devfee, and upload that version to the forum and everywhere else. If that happens, i won't work on the miner anymore. Why ? Look at SRBPolaris, it's free, you know how much donation i got for it ? About 150$ maybe 200$. But of course lot of people use it.

2. Claymore is a magician, he probably worked at AMD and knows all the good insider stuff Smiley

I agree with your fee and i do belive you should force people for a fee, i just ask that you keep it down and low like you got now, we dont need greddy fees of 2%.
Continue the good work, i left xrm because of the hight fees, about hash rate i am getting around same thing in heavy algo but the hasrate sometimes isnt the same when i start, sometimes i start hashing just after restarted pc and my  2 rx 580 8gb dual tread doing around 950, other times they only start doing 850 and stick with it, i basicaly am always restarting pc till they do 950 h/s and they will hold. Its strange, you know why i am having this problem? I got loads of virtual memory and 8gb ram.
