Yes, if you are talented then you don't need to have any economists or lawyers to run even your multi-billion USD operations. Although, it's not a bad thing to have your lawyers but if you aren't doing anything wrong then you don't need to worry about anyone.

This is correct analogy on how to maximize account leveling on Stake. But the problem is not gambler preferred betting on sportsbook most of the time due to the match result is not instant that’s why there’s still a lot of players preferred slot and live casino because it’s easy and fast game compared to place bet and wait.

I preferred too casino games when farming wager because I can easily accumulate wager volume by just betting small amount which is very hard to do on sports betting. But the Stake x3 wager on sportsbook is really good feature for those hardcore sports bettor.
