Yes, be careful while entering the platform through the search engine. Because both the search results on the top have got the similar look as our Stake. Don't get into these phising sites that easily takes the login credentials.

I've checked it's actually not phishing the site will refer to stake.com with the affiliate code like this https://stake.com/?
I often see ads like this that are meant for referrals although I often ignore it but indeed we have to be careful the site owner can change the link at any time bookmarks are the best way to save original links.

I'm sorry for posting it here but I think it is better that you and the people that visit this thread see this.

are these websites connected to yours(photo below)? if not, I just want to give a warning to people searching stake.com on google. these two websites will be the first ones you'll see when you search stake.com on google. and yeah, I know people can use adblocker to avoid seeing this. this is just a warning to those who are not using it and might confuse the first website on the top as the official stake.com website.

Adblocker can be one of the best way to avoid such fake sites, high likely those are phishing site that will steal your credentials as well as money. Aside from adblockers, it is recommended to all to visit https://playstake.io/ which contains of the official mirror list of Stake. Simply bookmark the link on our browser and we will be safe from phishing scam attempts. This kind of scam attempt will never stop, we as users should be more careful while trying to access any site. Refraining to use search engine, activating ads block, and bookmarking the official link, once we have done these 3 things means we are minimizing the risk of getting fooled by scammers.
Exactly, using official mirror websites is the first step, and turning on 2FA will also help users to block scammers before reaching the goal. The lack of 2FA will cause trouble with API access and withdrawing funds from both vault and main wallet. The stake team should report fake advertised websites before it becomes too late. Even 1 out of 100 users enter credentials on a fake website creates more victims over time.

That's why I don't like to use google to enter sites, I like to decorate the links of the sites I use to avoid clicking on fake sites

Or if you encounter one, we can always report it to google right? Submit your report here - https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/?hl=en once you encounter a fraudulent site. The more people who will report a scam site, the higher chance for google to take down the fake ads or site. Stake is one of the biggest crypto online casinos so no doubt some scammers will try to imitate their site.

That is why I don't like races except the 90 minutes Saturday mega race. You have to compete with other participants to get decent prize. Let's see when they release next monthly, excited about it too.
Hahaha, yeah comparing on 1 hour or 90 minute race.

I don't need wagering more than 300,000$ just to get 20-30$ ~XD I waiting at least they give us some bonus claim without need to KYC, just feel sad bonus claim only during post monthly 4x and there is no bonus claim again on Christmast or New Years ~XD.

Over 134k wager and my account was not even in top 5000 list. It does not worth to wager for promotions or race, playing regularly and making profit always better, IMHO.

Damn, that's a crazy amount! I think, in any other site you would probably end up in the 500 with that amount of wager! This just shows that Stake has a lot of players and a lot of highrollers who bet insane amounts.
But in fact you are right, just wagering a high amount for a promotion is not always the best way forward.
Considering the 5 days registered accounts wager 100k$ win one baccarat hand, my stats looks tiny Cheesy

Lol, I wagered in total only 50$, so my stats are even a lot more tiny than yours! Yeah I have heard of that user, in only 5 days, he wagered over 300,000,000 $. It paid out for him as he won 100,000$ in the raffle.

Check his win/lose ratio and consider house edge with now over 800mil wagered.
The raffle/race wins are nothing against his losses I suppose.
He is in profit since Eddie confirmed his stats on  Saturday live stream, he is famous in the crypto industry btw. Few guys made correct guesses on chat but Eddie didn't confirm who was right.
He won 3 times in a row in last raffle too, I doubt the raffle winnings will change something in his gamestyle Wink

Gambling is for those who can take big risk, indeed. You may find many gamblers playing with small amounts and wining small but there are legendary gamblers who take big risk and make a life changing money in gambling. I understand they can lose all the money too but as we have often witness, luck favors the brave. Smiley

By the way, if he wagered 300,000,000$ to gain only 100,000$, is it really worth it ? How much amount he put on stake ? What if he had lost most of his games. The loss would have been huge.

No one knows the exact number on how much he lost or won while wagering that $300,00,000 except himself and Stake. Even if he had lost huge, the $100,000 can be called as a lossback but if he won, it can be called as extra winning. I would not even think about how much he had lost/won, the amount will be something beyond my imagination  Grin

You are right that we can only dream of such winnings or loses. Although we may think that his win is a big won or he is in a big loss, but it depends actually on the person. Some people are too rich that even thousand dollars losses does not matter them. And some middle class people are like us who can afford to lose a 100$  Shocked

The winner is sure an experienced gambler, because he have kept things prepared and wagered during the last 5days giving the top wagers an unexpected blow. Even if he had lost, it gets compensated through the prize money. Maybe we can hear his story of wagering on the Stake Forum.

Most probably he has bet with max bet during the days he started playing.Last 5 days are good enough to put you on front if you have enough balance and luck to play during all these 5 days with the max bet in slots. If they want they can show their story in the Stake Forum but I doubt it as most probably they will keep the strategy they used in other competitions too.

What I made here is just an assumption of how this person could have wagered so much in just 5 days.

Less than 2 hours for $1million race I'm done here I know this is not my area but at least I tried my best although we don't get reward but enough to increase level and monthly and the coolest thing is that from 16K wager I only made a deposit less than 1% the rest from rains , total withdrawal more than 2x my deposit. Stake invites us to ''Play Smarter'' .
This is good of you. Wagering $16k would've brought you good number of raffles. Another thing gamblers easily end the funds when wagered with small funds in the wallet. More rains provided this season and few are really lucky to receive good sum. The higher wagering will atleast help increase your weekly bonus.

Even if you try to get a place there I'm sure the prize isn't worth it too many unreasonable competitors spend money and time
As you said make profit and complete some challenges while the race is the last option that is not expected. I managed to make a profit of around $200 and additional challenge bonuses not a bad idea right?

@romero121 definitely a big whale and more importantly an experienced one who often leaves it late to get in and then steals show due to his/her experience. Lastly I would suggest not even bother trying to figure his/her stats, because end of the day you need to wager for self and knowing his/her stats won’t help you win, also it’ll be interesting if they share his/her story there so do leave a link when it’s shared there.

I also wager with less amount as it minimizes my risk. The more you wager, your risk increases as you can face a big loss if you are unlucky on a day.

The 100,000 $ he won from the raffle is a nice little extra. No idea if he is in profit or not. You can only see from his stats that he lost a lot more than he won (around 70/30 loss/win), but you can't calculate or really know what his overall balance is.
