I am sure you are aware of your own finances more than I could ever give you advice for. However I would say that putting a little less money into it for another week or two could be something a lot better maybe? I have a strict 50 bucks per month rule, I will never lose more than 50 bucks each month because that's all I can afford to lose, if I lose it on first day then I won't gamble another 29 days until first of next month, if I win a lot then I won't have to put in more next month, so all in all I have strictly limited myself.

This could be more than 50 bucks for you, but I would highly suggest you to put a limit to yourself. That way you are not going to miss out on gambling, because why would you? As long as you get to lose a small amount that you do not care about, then it is a very fun thing to do so we should do it with care but still have fun.

By the way, the online casinos have started to activate the Christmas collection mode that can be brutal for high rollers.
