What the user has made is the routine of him. One way or the other he used to indicate some form of issues. He never agrees there isn't any flaw. He comes up without any proof. Atleast he could've posted the chat with the support. He does nothing, simply without reason he terms the service a scam. Op should go through the awards for which Stake has been chosen. Maybe after that OP will understand the truth.

From my own experience I can say that the support is very helpful, as long as it is not about absolutely trivial requests, such as users begging for money.

But you can also convince me of the opposite and post evidence for your statement.
Then other people can also get an idea and maybe even help to clarify...

Just ignore such nuisance complaints. There really are gamblers that like that, will create a story upon losing that much. They shouldn't gamble in the first place and just know their place. If someone gets to complain again without any viable reason and it's obvious that they're making up a story, they're just showing what they are. I'm getting quite hooked to Evolution actually (well, not all but some of the games have excellent dealers/hosts) though these don't tend to be the branded ones.
