download the new version (1.3)

have updated the home page and OP post

the wallet sync is fine, just may take some time (1-1.5 hrs sinc from scratch), and there are some orphan chains around,
it takes time for the program to figure it out, but the blockchain is fine, and mining works fine also.

Happy mining!!

My pool is 1000 blocks ahead on a different chain. Someone's pulling shenanigans.

I was able to restart the daemon after a few attempts and it processed the funky blocks, back at a normal block height now. I assume the attack isn't over however.

SetBestChain: new best=5af8c2c1f4d54cf07b25  height=91906  trust=49587556456  date=08/24/13 07:19:30

There's no attack afaik, reason for these blockchain forks is that PoS is broken. It generates blocks that arent accepted by whole network, thus generating private or semi-private blockchains.

Well, I own 100 coins, in who knows which blockchain. Sad
It's a shame since I liked this coin's features.

Dunno whats broken, havent have time to look at it any closer, but if the guy whose supposed to fix it is on vacation, coin is kinda screwed meanwhile

Code:
REORGANIZE
REORGANIZE: Disconnect 1983 blocks; 000000017187f2d40de8..a35dab9fffcb1b14c8e6
REORGANIZE: Connect 211 blocks; 000000017187f2d40de8..bd7e0d645b4564c29069
etc....

As I said before I wouldn't recommend mining this, only god knows what happens within blockchain.

if redownloading the blockchain, you need to quit and restart the wallet once when it looks its like its stopped halfway.  not sure why guess its a wallet bug, but the blockchain will continue to download after restart.

STR removed from Cryptsy ?
looks like STR was suspended.

I am able to sync the wallet without problem. If you have sync problem, try removing everything in config dir (except config file and wallet) then sync from scratch.

STR removed from Cryptsy ?

Coins are removed when they are under attack as STR appears to be. It will be re-added when the network recovers.

Own ONION
maybe you want to try from the backup of your wallet and sync up the chain from scratch? I once had a similar situation, then I cleaned the config dir, copy from the backup wallet and sync from scratch, everything worked fine.

It looks like pos generation has problems, I see this in almost all pos coins. Some pos block generated, even confirmed, then next time sync it becomes orphan. Seems pos code unstable.

Any help??
I cannot start the pool if i cannot start the client!!

Same problem here. I cannot restart the pool at www.miningpool.co if I cannot start the client..

This is so bad.

Hi everyone, i wanted to know what is the current status of this transaction:
Code:
    {
        "account" : "",
        "address" : "sXqdAZNfSMe35hUyNt41gq2TwXV8Tr5hp9",
        "category" : "send",
        "amount" : -2692.94968300,
        "fee" : -0.04000000,
        "confirmations" : 0,
        "txid" : "db593422b0a702ad15eb3686ee3e74956cdd920540079e382f3eece404b6fc85",
        "time" : 1377210622,
        "tx-comment" : "",
        "timereceived" : 1377210622
    },

Was this never sent? It doesnt have any block info, so i think it may have been on an orphan, but im not sure.

I have 4 transactions from moving coins from my wallet to Crypst. All 4 of them don't show any confirmations. Can I cancel it and resend them?

I would like to know that too... I think you cannot "cancel" it but it may be unconfirmed forever, so it may be like it never existed (though the coins are not available to resend them..)

Block per block, time by time:

Too accurately.
It seems that someone takes the most coins, but keeps the difficulty within range.
Someone with big hashpower or scrypt hacked ?

the pool is down, so anyone can really take the net atm...

Can someone help with this:
