Almost February and still nothing... Sent an email more than a week ago but no answer. He either doesn't check the forum or he doesn't care.
If he can't handle the orders he should shut down the website or hire someone to help.
I'll wait a couple more days before i ask for a refund (if i ever get it).
Very disappointing experience.

same here 15++ days and still waiting i ask for refound 3 days ago and nothing, he doesnt check the forum/email's/reddit post

I sent an email asking for a refund, i think it took them too long to deliver the game, will try my luck somewhere else.

I wouldn't advice to order from this guy, prolly a scammer.
I don't think he's a scammer, it's not the first time this happens and till now he sent every game. Just a case of really bad customer service, eventually we will get our order or a refund.I'm waiting 12 days now, so I can't really recommend it though.
I think he is if he states on the site that delivery on 24hours and it's not even close, it should be updated according to the workload Imho, you are buying the service of getting your game in 24hours or so, not freaking 13days or so for you, and still waiting for my order.
This guy must have some orders up -_-

It was exactly 24 hours ago, I haven't received the steam code yet...
It seems it still takes days, you really should update the website to match your current processing time.
I'll post here when I'll get the code, so people know how much time it takes these days.

I wouldn't advice to order from this guy, prolly a scammer.
I don't think it's a scam (yet), this entire thread has people complaining about long delivery time, but i haven't seen a single post from anyone who didn't get there game at all.
Just think they suck at support, but not a scam.
On a side note, the site seemed to stopped working (it seems to be caused by the USD -> BTC price not loading).
