How long does it take to receive the game after paying for the game?
It really depends on what the game is and what time of day it is. For right now, it is still a 1 man operation.
During the day i get most of my games to customers within a few minutes to an hour, worst case I will always have your game delivered to you within 24 hours.

Yup! It essentially locks you in to either North America server or Europe server. So you just want to pick closest one.

We did run a promotion on this thread for the new SimCity a couple weeks ago. Minecraft is hard, since its not a steam game, the market isn't full of steam codes (which helps drive the price down).
