Actually it has something to do with fees. Steemit pays fees for new members, but sometimes when there are lot of new members, it becomes difficult. There are some services which take money from you and pay fees for your account creation. Or you can ask for help here: https://steemit.chat/channel/help . This should be fixed soon, a new account mining system is being set up that would allow users to mine accounts from the browser. Instead of putting the fee on the site. Some sites might still have a delay in account creation though. Officially there is no word, of how much faster it will be to sign up on steemit.

I can understand why is the delay with your post but i can't understand why my first account never accepted after 1-2 months and the other one get accepted after 1 day.

I recommended Steemit to a lot of friends and interestingly some wait 2 weeks, some joined at the same day. I don't know how they keep new registrations order. I was surprised when I recommend to my friend and she said I'm already in. I was like, how? I have friends who is still waiting in 2 weeks, how did you get this vip pass?
Well, I have noticed that some people say they wait a lot to become Steemit members, for me it happened in the same day as you say it happened to some of your friens! I dont know the criteria of how registrations are accepted, but I quess we were just lucky
