For now I still believe, because I think not all ico intend bad, I suggest if you want to find better for ico, maybe you can see the website first whether it is interesting or not, after that you can see from the team profile whether they might be really convincing in the project they run or not, if you have been thorough to judge I'm sure you will not get very bad ico in the future.

yes i still believe to them i always do my research to exclude those scam but as of now i havent see any scam and i think the new ICO are the serious ones so i am kinda happy but the number of them is kinda low

yes i do still believe in ICO. ICO is a digital IPO and sooner or later ICO will be replacing IPO. As soon as blockchain technology is successfully evolving to be mature and stable, companies will begin on changing their way on collecting money, well they will starting to use ICO. It is because the simplicity and the benefits of blockchain technology. I believe in ICO, because there are many good and useful projects, and scammers in any sphere of life can be found
I also trust the ICO. many people who count on it to get more benefits in an easy way. Although some ICO there a scam nonetheless ICO have existence for the bounty.
2017 was much better about finding a successful Ico. The amount of the successful ones decreasing day by day and it’s kinda normal. There are too many Ico and we don’t need all of them but i can say that i still believe in Ico.

yes I believe but It's hard to find a good ICO nowadays.I can mention Wabi and Cybermiles as examples for successful ICOs which were held in 2017
I am never a ico person 
but recently icos lost their credits on my view. We are in a altcoin garbage market. There is no need for the same projects over and over again. It's really hard to find a solid ico with in that garbage. I will go for already working projects.

I believe that the main reason is that the projects and their teams want to collect very large money
It seems ICOs are losing their popularity, sure. But that doesn't mean they are dead. That just means investors are tired and they aren't blindly throwing money at any crapcoins anymore
