yes, because we already know the answer. we can see now which quality is better between BTC and ETH and therefore we don't need to compare it. not only with ETH but with all altcoins.
BTC and Altcoin are different in quality so there is no need to compare.

That is not reason why bitcoin and ethereum are different, ethereum is platform for smart contracts, bitcoin is payment network which is reason why they should not be compared like people are comparing them.

You can stop if you are ready to leave the crypto world if you stay here I'm sure it will be very difficult not to always compare every existing token.

Btc is Million miles away from Eth and it has proven that many times, the bear market is a clear indication showing what btc has goner through to come to its current level. So far, it is has proven to be the most stable cryptocurrency and it may take eth another three to three years to come to bitcoin's current level. There is a reason why it is called the king. Btc paced the way and still leading, eth is no match

I agree with you. I could still remember when I was holding ethereum around January this Year. I wish then that ethereum is the best coins and it will outperform bitcoin in some days but I have to Change my mind when I was holding bitcoin of recent. For those that has interest and financial commitment in one cryptocurrency always support that currency and wish it outperform other. Bitcoin and ethereum are two different things with different aim and objectives and we should know this in other to be able to know were both stand.
Bitcoin was opportune to be the first blockchain coins and have limited number of coins to mine and in circulation compared to ethereum that has a very wide network and coins in circulation. Those that did not understand the aims will be using price To determine the performances of the coins and cryptocurrencies market.
