True. ETH and BTc have completely different versions in the blockchain technilogy and different intentions.

Personally I can't compare these two coins because they are in my opinion in different weight categories. Ethereum is a good coin, but it is still far from Bitcoin, although its popularity is high.

ethereum and bitcoin have been very different maybe comparing ethereum with bitcoin are traders who are still very common about cryptocurrency so it doesn't hurt if they always compare these two coins even though it's very clear bitcoin is the best.

Comparison is not right way. People still comparing between ETH and Bitcoin. And not only these, they also compared XRP, EOS, ETC, BCH and many more. Yeah eth is eth, btc is btc. I am sure that both eth and BTc have their advantages and disadvantages. should not be compared with each other

For me, bitcoin and ethereum are two different things, though they come from the crypto world, but have different goals. That is why i do not compare either.

I agree with you. It is foolish to compare these two cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin is more like a means of accumulating finances. Ethereum is more flexible and more convenient for payments. Also, recall the smart contracts.

I always read about bitcoin to ethereum comparing for this two coins. Ofcourse they will pick bitcoin for much better than ethereum.Because bitcoin is most expensive, profitable and high quality coin.

Yes, I think many people will compare these two coins again and again. In my personal opinion, both BTC and ETH are actually promising and profitable. They have different concepts. They also have positive and negative sides. What we can make sure is that they are trusted and very popular. But now, ETH is going very down than BTC. I think we should support those two promising coins, not to only comparing.

A good idea, because these projects definitely have nothing in common and therefore I would probably stop talking about the fact that these projects really need to be compared, just talk about them in a good way.

It's high because people already have a mindset of btc being the reserve cryptocurrency unlike any other currency, even Eth being#2 is already really good considering ethereum was released way after bitcoin first announced public.

this argument already been ages. the market is moving is because we comparing each and every crypto including bitcoin and eth. that is how we know which is the best coin, which one is the worth to invest.

everyone have their own opinion. we are free to give out our opinion.

Actually, I think peoples are mentioning the Ethereum possibility that can happen in the future. That's why they are comparing ETH with BTC. As an ICO investing payment method they are predicting like this I think. But undoubtedly BTC is still the top coin in the crypto market.

I agree at all. These coins are too different and their potentials and characteristics are too different as well so it is not convincing comparison of them.

Same here, Bitcoin & ethereum are not at all competitors of each other as both are driven by different purposes. Bitcoin is designed to function as a currency (which is why Bitcoin nodes validate addresses), while ether is meant to serve as fuel for Ethereum’s decentralized smart contracts platform; this is why the developers of Ethereum refer to ether as a “token” and advise it is not intended to be used as a currency.
