in the altcoin market panic and acting fast on that panic is always a good thing. when it comes to pump and dumps you need to be as fast as humanly possible which means selling as soon as you see the price starting to drop.
telling yourself "believe" and "be patient" will only result in a bigger loss as the dumps won't wait for you to wake up they continue to happen as you can see from the evidence of the market in the past 9 months.

When the market price was going down many of us can feel panicking but i think that is ok all of us can feel that kind of panic but believe in your self and the blockchain technology of crypto currency because after the down fall there is recovery in the market.

You are right, this is not the first time that cryptocurrency is experiencing this crisis and we have to know that volatility is part of this game that is why the senior members here warned us the first time we were here that investing in crypto is very risky because any moment our portfolio would go down. We warned them and gave tips to them. I'm sure that some people here can relate themselves and can be categorized as a panic seller. I used to be one before and just because I'm a silent ready, I applied all of those methods and tips that I've read from the forum which is very effective. And that happen last year when the fruits of waiting has come, if I sold before during some corrections on 2016 I won't profit much with btc. The current situation of bitcoin and all the crypto currencies were not good but it doesn't mean that this will be the end of the cryptos since we need to acknowledge that this is not the first time the crypto prices were falling this much so everyone needs to be patient and just get away from your panic this will help the prices to recover faster.Start believes that crypto currencies were going to be the future of this payment system and start HODLing that coins.
I understand the feelings and emotions of people involved in cryptocurrency because we're talking about money; maybe a high percentage of people who invested in cryptocurrencies their money came from their own pocket meaning hard earned money which found to be precious for them and so with me. But if we used our common sense about this movement of the crypto market which is falling its value is normal and nothing to worry, my belief about cryptocurrency is fixed, I know that this is real future of money though for now the value is struggling but think about the future and think about the technology as well as the future development.

Yes you must not be panic and always believe in cryptocurrencies that in the future it can brings a good profit to you. And panicking will not gives you a good thinking, it will gives you a bad idea and that it may cause a big lose to you. Just believe and be patient, time will come that this deep down situation will be over and soon market will recover.
It is necessary to cease to panic and keep full calm. Possibly correction to last as early as the whole year but it is not necessary to panic.
