The thing is , that we came from a really serious drop on bitcoin and ethereum and just when we were seeing some recovery on the market, bitcoin and eth start dropping really bad again, so when don't know if that could continue to happen and for how long.
that means the trust has not been growing inside of you, learn to remain patient and began to focus by understanding market conditions. If you can calm down I guess you will be able to overcome your panic.

No matter how controversial it may sound, the crypto-currencies will never become a full-fledged means of payment until the legislative regulation of this industry. Look at what big speculators do!
