Has anyone seen the ASICs of KNC? Is there any proof the chips exist?

"We will update this news site as often as we can with news. We will even have some videos this week from our Swedish assembly factory as some of our smaller parts begin to be assembled ready for full production the minute the chips arrive."

Not another one...  Roll Eyes
This type of question was answered a few dozens of times.
You'll see your chips once you open the delivered miner and unscrew the heatsink.

"Customers have already ordered several thousand."
"According to Johan Rilegård the company has already received a few thousand orders for boxes"

"The circuits are at 150 watts each"

Wow their comments are either like "wow...digital money is here!" or  "Warning - this is a ponzi/prymid scheme and it wastes too much electricity!"  (types that say that are also the ones who will often leave their tv on at night while they are asleep)  Clearly its working for some folks otherwise difficulty would have remained flat.

Nice find and an interesting read. It gives information in a neutral/positive light.

For those, who don't read Swedish:

(though the translation is not that good)

PS: There's a voting box on that page asking "Do you believe in digital currency?"
Currently the answers stand at (from 1106 responses):
    Ja 33%
    Nej 67%

Slightly OT but I really wonder how much the pool ops have pulled in over time. Like Slush for example, 2% of every block solved at that pool for years. It must be astounding.

Probably not nearly as much as you think.  You have to factor in costs and I'm sure server expenses are significant.

How many blocks does Slush's Pool find per day, 12-15?

This is just a wild guess...
15x25x130x.02=$975 less expenses.

So maybe $500 per day.  Not a bad job!   But its not going to make anyone a millionaire overnight.  Now BTCGuild, that's a different story.  Wink

In the last 24H 'we' found 18 blocks. So it's a bit more than that.

Still, taking your 500 a day * 365 days... that's some serious dough I'd think.

Plus slush had bigger share few months ago, plus there was double reward few months ago.

anyone do an ROI chart on getting a fast food job instead of using all their time speculating on miner ROI?

Made me LOL - so true

I have to keep reminding myself that this is a labour of love

They could become legendary if they will also "under promise, over deliver" on the shipping date.
that would be the best kind of over delivery

I don't know, i'm happy for delivery a few days either side and a solid performance increase. Obv the sooner the better though, but i'm not about to burn them at the stake if they miss the date by a day or two. That said I haven't a bitbet riding on this!
