Running any KnC kit delivered in Nov makes grim reading on the calculator here if it's anywhere close to right http://mining.thegenesisblock.com/ especially since the October figures would be for kit delivered at the start of that month which is unlikely for most of us. I hope their 75% increase has taken the KnC rigs into account.

BFL peeps who have yet to see their box must read that with tears in their eyes.

Kncminer only have life expectancy of 6 months if the current projection of difficulty is accurate. That also assume btc value stay above 90.

Exactly! ^^^ Imagine all the misery this is causing not just for chip buyers but for BKKcoins, burnins, terrahash and the rest. Interesting times ahead. I foresee a spike in KNCminers sales as well.

They're selling chips, not full machines, so there's another month lag time at least, and they may not see people buying as much as they hope if KNC ships. The door on ASIC profitability is closing and people who get their ROI covered will be sitting pretty and then it won't make sense for others to jump into the game.

Avalons chip problems are great news for us, a possible delay or no delivery means better ROI for KNC customers. A delay on chips is pretty much the same as if they were delivered 5 weeks ago.

They have enough negotiating leverage to work out specific deals with suppliers for how to deal with returns. So for example, Walmart will be able to send back returned stuff to the manufacturer because that's the deal they work out.

Anyway, non-lawyers really shouldn't be trying to do legal analysis. You'd need to a lawyer based in Sweeden to tell you the legality of that T&C. Speculating about it is just a waste of time really.
