Teams like West Indies, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka are declining day by day. They have failed to find new talented players after their star players retired. Bangladesh has recently lost all the matches of the series against Pakistan. It seems to me that the West Indies will also lose all the matches against Pakistan. 3 T20 and 3 ODI matches will be played in this series.
You are correct these three have not been performing well when it comes to international tournaments. New players are also not up to international standards. There is so much talent in these three countries but the selectors are not able to find one it seems. Only a few players from these sides have been consistently performing. Unless their board reevaluate the selection procedure I do not think these three countries will be able to increase their performance level.
