I'm still getting a feel for the IPL as I'm still learning more about the teams. Right now I'm at 1-3 with live betting on the games so far which puts me at a loss but as this is my first time betting on the IPL I think this is to be expected. Does anyone know of any good tipsters I could follow for now until I get the hang of the IPL?
Don't get discouraged after a few setbacks. There were quite a few upsets in the first round. If you feel that you are being unlucky, then may be you can take a break of 2-3 days. But I have always trusted my instinct over the suggestions from the tipsters. If you want, you can listen to them and analyze why they expect a particular team to win. But in the end, you should go with your own instincts.

Today bet on Mumbai and feels like they may win as the score to chase down is 196 and KKR already lost 2 wickets. Yesterday's match was a loss as Chennai couldn't chase down that huge score so hoping for a win today. RRR is 12 now.
Mumbai Indians easily won the match as KK Knight Riders could only make 146 in their 20 overs. All the bowlers from Mumbai were economical and did not give any extra runs.
Rohit Sharma was declared the match of the match as he scored a brilliant 80.

If Sanju Samson is consistent and plays the same way then he will be in the T20 team, if not for his performance and the exploits of Jofra Archer CSK would have won the match as MSD got his timing back and he was launching the ball in the last over out of the ground even when there was no scope of chasing the total.If he can continue his this type performance in this IPL , then i hope we will see him in the net T20 World cup . In today's match MI trashed Kolkata Knight Riders, not even Morgan and Russell could save them, i expected them to take the team closer and there were many bets on KKR in stake and since i am not able to watch the match live i passed on placing a bet.

The attitude shown by Dhoni was very disappointing. He could have batted at no.5 or no.6, but he chose to came to bat only after Kedar Jadhav and Ruturaj Gaikwad. What's the logic in sending the inexperienced Gaikwad to bat, when the required rate is around 12 runs per over? Dhoni could have taken the responsibility and scored some quick runs then.
And most of the time its the players on the other end who end up slogging and winning the matches..For example, if not for Curran, they woud have found it difficult to win the last game.

Well KXIP cost me my live in-play bet as I was confident they would win just needing 1 run from 3 balls but it wasn't to be. I'm new to betting on the IPL and I wanted to try a game that looked good for a win but it goes to show even with 3 balls left and to get 1 run isn't a certainty.
It was a messy situation, the odds during the last over for KXIP to win changed drastically after the first 2 balls and if anyone wagged a bet with 14 odds on the opposition it would have been golden Well KXIP cost me my live in-play bet as I was confident they would win just needing 1 run from 3 balls but it wasn't to be.
