Is there any way through which we can find out the price of tokens when they bought them? I am especially interested in knowing whether they bought BTT during ICO or in the market.

You can check if you have their wallet id and from their you can find out transaction time. And once you find out transaction time then you should find out ico time. if it occur after the ico that means bought after ico. If it is on exchange without any transaction just it has been bought then there is no way to verify.

If you are in hurry than dump on other walls or you can use Bancor platform for this purpose which has more better liquidity option available. This token is already in trouble due to its business model no payment made from long time so that it is not possible for your sell orders to get filled quickly.

We understand the nature of the TaaS coin but the problem now the price of coin decrease a lot in the market which it is impossible for them to share the dividends because when the price of TaaS coin is healthy they will share the dividends otherwise, we will not get any dividends from them.
Agreed with you this business model is based on investment profit and in current situation it is not possible for them to pay any kind of dividends when they are not generating profit from their investment. When the whole market will be back on the track and start moving like early 2018 than it will show good performance.
I do agree, we have seen the situation of the TaaS coin in the market and it is impossible to increase at the current situation, so we don't have any choice because the market should recover and the price of TaaS coin should recover otherwise, we won't get any dividends from the team.

But the price, TaaS, is not necessary to recovering. The main thing is that their funds/assets, could be profitable. Recovery of price for TaaS is a secondary phenomenon here.

Now the market looks like a butterfly cocoon, waiting for spring. In such conditions, the project has no profit, which they could share among holders. And for this I agree with you that we should wait for the growth of the market, and then, dividends.
