I'm sorry to come back with the same question but i can't find the clear answer through the thread :

If i send my AGRS to a BTC adress, how do i reclaim them ?

I want to make cold wallet to store there, if i do it on a simply generated BTC adress, what is the process of recovery and what do i need to backup ?

Thanks.

Bought it out of curiosity and boredom. It was very very bad. This is the entirety of the agoras information.

"Shit coins:
*something here about what a shit coin is*
1) Agoras coin"

The end LOLL

He doesn't elaborate at all  Cheesy

The only thing I agree with is that skycoin deserves to be looked at. Beyond that, very general subjective info.

13+ BTC was given to him for this report loll

Thank you for sharing! Agree with skycoin, following that project for a long long time.

Are there people who actually pay $99 for a collection of meaningless web metrics collected by a web scraper bot, and proceed to make investment decisions based on that?

Sadly, yes.

Even I have to agree that this is some seriously questionable report, here.... HEH.  Wink

I think that the web bot of cliff high say this for the delay of the proyect, the oudated web and the few info of tauchain etc.... i m a ohad and tauchain believer. If this year ohad release the whitepaper and the alfa all will change.
I dont want manipulate agoras market only say that i heard of the web bot report.  Agoras fall down to the 118 th of coinmarketcap.  Few people knows really what is tauchain. We must wait any month more, hold with strong hands agoras.

Yes can the tau run on a IOTA tangle clone?

https://iota.org/

https://iota.org/IOTA_Whitepaper.pdf

no. tau is way more generalized than a blockchain and/or ledger

Some people can take that as an opportunity to add to they stock some more agoras for that funny price.  Wink

I have a question for Ohad about IOTA project https://iota.org/ . They claim to be a whole new blockchain technology optimized for the Internet-of-Things. New distributed ledger (the Tangle), free transactions, data transfer layer, new way of reaching consensus. I am not that sure about the tech behind it and how Tau can be used in Internet of Things?

Internet of Things is as hut and fancy as AI now days, if there is any connection between Internet of Things and Tau it can also be a good move in marketing of Tau

Had to Google that to find a source. What a crazy panicked fear monger of a site. Couldn't find the article you mention among the detritus. So I'm going to say they lack credibility.

This report not is free , now there is a webmeeting on blackswanfinnace talking about it. Im a stakeholder of agoras and dont like hear this

hi there,
is it possible to store agoras on a hardware wallet? lets say a nano ledger s? because i read it could be stored in a bitcoin adress. thanks!

if it can store btc then it can store omni tokens therefore also agoras tokens.
there isnt such a thing "omni address", all omni tokens are encoded over ordinary bitcoin addresses

You can send your AGRS to this bitcoin address created on omniwallet.  You will see your AGRS under this bitcoin address after you receive them. Try small amount first to see how it works.  You can track your transactoin here: http://omnichest.info

Hi, thanks for your replu , i do have downloaded and installed an omniwallet. Of course there is not  any coin in this new omniwallet. Bitcoin and agrs are all zero. Then i send my AGRS from bittrex to a bitcoin address created on the new omniwallet. The omniwallet just shows me some bitcoins not agrs in it. Seems that the agrs i sent has beem auto changed to bitcoins.

Did i do sth wrong?

AGRS should be shown as an asset under bitcoin address. Don't worry about some bitcoins that you see on the bitcoin address itself, you need some satoshies on that address to make the transactions.  Look for assets, there should be some options in the wallet to switch to wallet overview or something. I am not familiar with the standalone wallet so maybe someone else could tell.
Also let some time for the transaction to go trough, check the confirmations on omniexplorer.info

Thanks,i‘ll try again...

the new explorer is omniexplorer.info
Is it only me or is the distribution statistics site not working for http://omniexplorer.info/lookupsp.aspx?sp=58 ?
Anyway, for anybody interested I made a quick and dirty overview of the distribution of Agoras tokens which I got from http://omniexplorer.info/ask.aspx?api=getpropertybalances&prop=58.
Looks pretty fair to me and nobody should be able to complain at the end that there was no time to buy into the ICO...

Nice, I believe they had one of the best distribution mechinasms
