tauchain is very hard to understand but If tauchain works than is game over in crypto 

Interesting how Tezos ico will start on july 1 and tau chain will be ending on the same date.

This is a good idea. I still think the devs should consider to keep 15-20% of coins to sustain the long term future development. Today's projects can easily raise hundreds of millions of dollars to sustain their development for a very long time. In this kind competitive environment, a risk can be that a project runs out of money before it runs out of ideas. That is the last thing we want to see.

now we're around %50 of sold coins. for this situation we have an even better solution. so at the 1st of july the sale will simply stop until tau (or its partial versions) will be ready. we'll then think of a new valuation.
(i will try to get back to everyone on time but no one will lose due to my fault on this).

if everything goes as planned the valuation will surpass that^ and agoras will become extremely valuable.

Direct sales will be more than bittrex price (probably 2-4x). This is because ohad wants to save his time and stop people from arbing (the direct sale price was lower than bittrex price last month). This seems to be the best distribution of many other coins. People have time to research and buy. Sure there is risk, but at least the valuation is not hundreds of millions.

Edit: Forgot about stopping the supply from being released too quick (most important)

If agoras be cheaper in bittrex you dont buy it directly to ohad and ohad can work more time on the proyect and not answering emails. the newbies payed more than the ohad prize in bittrex lasts weeks by ingnorance of direct sale and this is not fair too.

That is only for buying tokens from the devs, not from the exchanges. Devs plan to increase their sales price.

giving all my time was always since the project began and won't change till everything is ready.
the price raise is about giving less time into sale and more time into dev, as in the last weeks it became too much

So the the price is going up x10 to around 3 to 4 dollars in July to give OHad more time too develop and be able to give all his time to tauchain?
