The large growth of people who are using it is one of the reason why will bitcoin conquer the world currency.
Yeah that is true. Many countries are not yet legalizing the bitcoin and also the main obstacle is the people who not yet aware to what is the bitcoin. In my country the bitcoin is now legalized but many people in our country is still not yet aware to what is the bitcoin.

I think it's easier to keep positive attitude towards things and have belief in that whatever problems bitcoin encounters or faces in the future will be solved and the solutions will bring the best in bitcoin than making predictions. As long as bitcoin keeps it's basic properties like it's being decentralized, anonymous etc bitcoin has only to grow and never look back.

My “predictions” about bitcoin are:
Bitcoin will not be forgotten and will not fade. So bitcoin will not be worthless at all. It will be talk by many people so a lot of people will know bitcoin and they will like it. Because of that bitcoiners will double its number. A lot will people will have and will use bitcoin. Maybe different stores start accepting bitcoin as payment for different countries. Bitcoin price will increase and it will be really successful.
my prediction would be bitcoin's price might drop due to this incoming fork for a while but soon enough it will come back even stronger since the transaction is faster and cheaper. let's just hope for the best. may it free us (the early adopters).

I think there will be another obstacle that will happen soon to bitcoin and it is this Hardfork or BIP 148 . We might really face this BTC splitting soon enough maybe this year. 5 years is really long enough there will be some government intervention soon and a proposal of centralizing this coins.
I'm very surprised that it goes back to $ 3,000 again, I think this time it could go over $ 3000, because it proved to be very strong, it will not stop now.
There could be a lot of volatility ahead though but generally we all know over time it always goes up so it's only a matter of time before it gets a new all time high.
Its really hard to predict for the price of bitcoin because of its price volatility, but if you look at the long term time frame of the chart, i will surely know that bitcoin are really going up, i see bitcoin 5years from now with a value of $10000.

At this time the one problem that face the bitcoin is the incoming august 1. The hardfork and the segwit, most of the bitcoin user are so nervous because they think that bitcoin will fall. And others switch to alt to secure their bitcoin, much better thus time to save the alt than bitcoin. But it is to secure the money, if bitcoin result a good after august 1 I think they will back on bitcoin. 
Bitcoin has no obstacles to remain popular in the future. I think the bitcoin community will increase and many will invest bitcoin. In the coming days the bitcoin price will go up. That's why we need to be patient, actually I am not surprised with that as I already know that when there is a dump there is a pump and right now we are witnessing the pump because people are now more aggressive in buying due to good news that they saw.

I do not know accurately my predictions about bitcoin, but I think the bitcoin price will continue to grow higher than before, and more people will know about it and will invest in it. Bitcoin will not die even though there is a problem like a chain split that may happening on August 1st. But as long as the internet is still running well and there are still many people using bitcoin, bitcoin will never die. My prediction about bitcoin is bitcoin has a good future and people who have been storing bitcoin for a long time will surely get an abundant advantage.
chain split are a serious threat IMHO , if that scenario happened it could make people have more doubts in bitcoin and confusing for a newcomer. i believe bitcoin will having hard time to stand up again when the price dropped later in 1 august.people's prediction keep changing as news goes by , but for me bitcoin will keep bouncing back.

In my opinion bitcoin will continue to grow anyhow, because bitcoin has spread widely and bitcoin is also very much in use in various types of payment
The whales are taking advantage of the 1 August to manipulate the market easy, as any companies news always affect the result of the currencies, i were waiting the first country to legalize and it already happened, now its a question of time to others follow, i do believe at 2020 bitcoin halving will be achieved with a lot countries accepting it, soo in the medium period we will see merchants starting to acept bitcoin as payment.
After Japan legalize bitcoin, my trust to bitcoin almost doubled. From now on, I think it will be spreaded to other countries like ocean waves and by 2020, we can see dozens of countries accepting bitcoin. This advantage will bring an increase in bitcoin prices for sure. I don't have exact numbers in my mind.

bitcoin will face a historic event where the uasf protocol is working hard for bitcoin survival, I hope it can work so we will not always think about bitcoin unlimited, let them grow by themselves and we as the market will choose those who best.
I'm not sure that all problems will be resolved on August 1. Surely we will hear that the adoption will be postponed to another date. This is beneficial to some important people. The price of bitcoin was artificially reduced for its own purposes
Taking chances of this moment to buy is a good idea, price were down heavily but it does not mean that we have to panic, just let the dumpers do their thing because in the end they will all be victims of their lack of knowledge, soon when price will start to recover, they will be buying again like crazy.
I hope so, but we never know what will happen on 1st August. Is it be a success or not, The last down yesterday is really pain to see, imagine if that happen in the future when 1st August become "fail".
