Sinner vs Mager, maybe this could extend to 4 sets? over 33.5 might be a good bet on this match.

Nadal vs Gasquet - another intriguing match, but I have Nadal over 25.5.
I never play over on Nadal matches, he is bully and will play every point like it is super important even if he has 5:0 in the set. I make an exception sometimes when I believe his opponent can outplay him but Gasquet is not in that category.

I don't know what to think about Sinner he can take this 3:0 easy but I thought that about first match as well and he ended dropping 2 sets, skipping this one.

Bets that interest me:
Bedene, Nishioka, Ymer, Koepfer - to take at least one set, they are all underdogs but I believe they can even win the match, one set should easy, odds are around 1.5 for each. Now I want to drop one of them and play one high stake treble but can't decide which one Smiley I'll probably end up playing all 4 but for a lower stake since 4 x multi is a bit too much.

Federer, Kwon, Berankis and Checchinato (I misspelled last one for sure) to win
- I'll add them to my multi tickets during the day, but it will probably all be for smaller stakes

Lost my parlay bet Sad

Serena Williams has been quite impressive today against Mihaela Buzărnescu at the second round of the French Open (6-3, 5-7, 6-1) I think she can reach the final of Roland Garros this year.

Too early to say if Serena can reach the finals though, I think if men is very unpredictable at this stage, and so it the women's side. Remember last year it was Swiatek who really took everyone by surprise with her winning the tournament. Let's see if she can reach the QF first and who will she gonna face.

Delbonis vs Andujar might be a good game to watch later.
Could be, two clay specialists going at each other. I am expecting a tough battle, probably even a 5 set match. Therefore, my bet for this one is over 36.5 games which should pass if get at least 4 sets.

Yep, the match was extend to a 5 sets, no one really wants to give up in this game and it's a thriller game. No upset from the big 3, although Bautista-Agut exited and so is Karen Khachanov.

Sinner vs Mager, maybe this could extend to 4 sets? over 33.5 might be a good bet on this match.

Nadal vs Gasquet - another intriguing match, but I have Nadal over 25.5.

Today there is again a surprise, the next TOP 10 player who was eliminated after Thiem in the first round, Rubljow fought his way back after the first two lost sets but then he lost the last 5th set. Otherwise the other top players have clearly win today. Only Djokovic is playing later today.

There's really a lot of surprises in the first round, what more if we move to round of 32 going into the quarter finals. Was surprised to see Rublev out now, it's a 5 setter game, maybe some of them are not acclimated to this kind of set up no more. That's why there body and mentally are giving out specially playing catch up. While the big 3 has been here in years, and know how to phase themselves.

Delbonis vs Andujar might be a good game to watch later.

It is possible with fitness and mentality, but such a thing shouldn't normally happen to a top player.

The conqueror of Thiem is already eliminated today in the 2nd round, says a lot about the state of Thiem at the moment. The momentum against a top 5 player to win is already fast over.

Delbonis already won, it was a tough 5th seed battle between the two.

Still a lot of tennis today, I might go with some live betting as well.

I'll go with Khachanov + Fognini + Krajinovic on ML. Let's see how it goes, I might not see the game finishes though.

Gratulations to your analysis and your bet. Delbonis won the match in the end with 6-2 in the 5th set.
Out of the upcoming matches today i think the matches between Krajinovic and Isner and Opelva vs Munar will be the closest ones. I think that krajinovic and Opelka will advance here. All the other matches of today are having pretty clear favorites in my opinion. Esspecially tsitsipas and carreno-busta should have no problems at all to reach the next round except something extraordinary like an injury happens.

Another spot on analyst mate, 5th set now, Andujar was broken early, but he is back serving to tie the score at 3-3. I have Delbonis -2.5 but other entry in the parlay already lost, Zverev -8.5. Zverev won but it's a tough 3 setter against Safiulin.

Bautista Agut is also down 1 set, but there's plenty of tennis ahead, so I do hope that he can come back and win his game.

@buwaytress -yes a lot of unfamiliar names, try ML yesterday but there's still upsets from time to time. Really hard to predict games today. I did some YOLO today odds, ended up @42 odds but lost early when Zverev can cover the spread against an unknown player.

I was thinking to do some Yolo bets today but even on accas the odds don't interest me for names I don't recognize. If I get time, again live betting on players trailing by a set.

Perhaps we will hear this in the future though, at least Osaka come up clean with her reasoning and hope that she can recover and be back in the tour in the next slams.

She already has, and her own professional peers are generally supportive, though I think Martina actually said it would work against her, but oh well. I've seen this year and last year young professionals in football actually retiring from the sports because of all this media pressure (and the hate that comes along on them and their families) so it feels sad but such is reality. And people don't want to talk about, making it worse for those dealing with it.

It's sad that Naomi Osaka has withdrawn from the tournament. I understand that attending press conferences is a part of the job, but the authorities haven't handled this at all well. Their initial response was aggressive and heavy-handed, where they all banded together to issue a statement saying that for players who don't attend, fines would escalate and they might even be kicked out of tournaments.

... and their response to Osaka pulling out was so ridiculous, the guy read from a prepared statement, and then refused to take any questions from the press! That really is a perfect way to utterly undermine your own argument.

@Strongkored its a terrible and dangerous thing to deal with, I have family and friends who
suffer from depression. The idea of having to deal with questions in the public arena about
your performance after losing a match can be very difficult for people suffering from depression.

I cant believe that officials cannot be more understanding and compromising, maybe allowing
a manager to respond instead.

I agree, even Sloans said that we should applauded Naomi for stepping up for revealing her bouts of depression for years now. I do hope that this will inspire other tennis players to go on public and admit about their mental battles. This high level tennis players, just like everyone here suffers at one point in their life and be depressed. This is a subject that nobody wants to talk about. And hope that Naomi Osaka can beat it and become a stronger person overall, not just as a tennis player.

Already 2 big eliminations in the tournament that wasnt expected. The big 3 dominated the first round as expected all 3-0 in sets wins.
Not many troubles for them will see if they will meet with each other in the quarter finals

Jannik Sinner did have a hard time against and needed 5 sets to dispose P. H. Herbert.

Disappointed on Sonego though, my parlay got destroyed with him not winning and worst losing in 3 sets again Harris.

Federer easy 3 sets win and Medvedev as well. Nadal is playing tomorrow, I reckon it will also be a 3 set win.
Same here, did not have a clear high stake bet but made a couple of multi bets and lost most of them. I thought Sinner will destroy Herbert, expected big problems for Medvedev, expected Korda and Sonego wins... Only Musseti, Monteiro and Cirstea matches went how I envisioned them.

This is how it looks like:

Sonego was pretty solid in the last 3 clay court tournaments he enter, so I don't know what happen to him in this match. And as I have said, what disappoints me is that he lost in 3 freaking set.

Anyhow, let's see how it goes, will continue to do mid level odds and parlays and have fun watching the matches.

Just catching up with the Osaka news too. Pretty disheartening to read about, though to be honest, I always thought media were a lot nicer to tennis people than other sports.
Probably it's just that this kind of news is getting out, I remember other sport personalities having the same mental problem, Kevin Love for basketball and then Ryan Garcia in boxing, which he has to cancel his upcoming fight because of the issues.

Perhaps we will hear this in the future though, at least Osaka come up clean with her reasoning and hope that she can recover and be back in the tour in the next slams.

Trofo, Medvedev straight set victory in the end haha so ouch for pairing that with the Thiem upset! No problems though, I actually still have a Djoko outright so maybe I won't end up being so disappointed.
