It was a hard battle and he came out on top in the end, when i saw his loose the first tie breaker and when the match was hanging on the tie breaker in the third set i thought Medvedev could edge a narrow win but then Nadal with his experience played beautifully even after going 0-4 in the decider.
I thought Rafael Nadal would loose this match too as the first set went to Medvedev and it was a really close match and i was expecting an upset in this match but Nadal came back from behind in the final tie breaker and it was an incredible come back as the odds were moving crazy in the final few minutes of the match and so does the drama when he challenged the umpire for a call and that went in Nadal favor.

Stefanos Tsitsipas has shown in the past that he is able to compete Nadal and win him. To my eyes, he is in a superb form and he will do his best to show us once again what he deserves to be.

Right now we have one of best match by Nadal I was expecting very easy win for Medvedev but Nadal done magic in third set and now in good position as he was down by 1 - 5 now its Nadal with 6 - 5 look like he is going to win this match and Medvedev is going out of this Final with two losts in two matches.
I did not expect a fight back by Nadal after his comprehensive defeat to Zverev without a fight and i thought we will see another upset and now it is another tiebreaker and Medvedev won the first tiebreaker and the match is really interesting and this could be anyone's match from this situation as both are edging out each other, since i am not betting these matches are fun to watch

1,87 is a good odd as Thiem might be in a great form but I don't think that he can compete Nole in this tournament. Federer is not in a good form so maybe this is why he lost from Thiem.
Oh well, I thought I might get myself lucky today with that bet, however, Thiem shows up in the last two sets. I agree, that it's not very easy to win against Novak, but he did it, he became aggressive and it really pave off.

I agree, who would have thought that Thiem can comeback from a set down and win over Djokovic in the tie-break? First Federer, now Djokovic. He is now the first man to moved to the semis of this tournament.
So now it will be Federer vs Djokovic to fight it out for the second man to advance to the semis. (Bjorn Borg Group).

I sure hope theim takes out the joker as it has turned out to be a david vs golith match because it does look as if he has worn him down in the second set.
The thing with theim is he is a perfectionist and this has made him lose in the past matches I have had some bitcoin on him. He wants to make the perfect shot but usually those always seem to go wide.

Checking on the live score today, it looks like we have a epic match unfolding.
First set was closed, but Djokovic took it 7-6 but then Thiem came back strong in the second 6-3. Third set now, 4-4, Djokovic up 40-0.

Ok, its loser bracket match in about two hours, Federer vs Berrettini.
Can Federer win here? I haven't seen the odds though, but I think I will go for Federer if the odds are attractive. Although is lost to Thiem, it was very close and I think the breaks didn't go his way, while Berrettini was totally outclassed by Djokovic.

Matteo Berrettini also lost his opening match and so does Federer and when they faced earlier in year Federer destroyed Matteo Berrettini.

Thanks, so Federer won against Matteo Berrettini, as per his interview, he had a good rest after taking a rest (after that lost to Thiem). Obviously, he played better here, much better, but still, as a fan who followed him for years, he still need to play better to be able to go with this young players of today. Lots of comments on other boards though, they say that Federer seems to lost his fire.
It's going to be Djokovic vs Thiem next, this will be a fun match to watch.

When you compare the class of both players i am going with set betting 2-0 for Federer to win as i am sure Federer will win this match, yesterday there were some upsets and if there are upsets then it would be great for the underdog betters. I will be watching Novak Djokovic vs Dominic Thiem because this will be a good entertaining match than the former and i am going with Novak Djokovic because of his tremendous form. Jump to:
