In India vs England match, it seems all of j Indian batsman are in their forum and that's why the able to record a lots of runs. In 1st innings, Ravindra Jadeja and Rohit Sharma have done their century. Even Sarfaraz Khan did 62 runs which was also close enough. And Shubman Gill and Yashasvi Jaiswal failed to runs in 1st innings but they already proved themselves again in 2nd innings where Yashasvi Jaiswal already done his century and Shubman Gill have done 66 and way to. Century. Although can't predict what will happened tomorrow. England performed avarage in my view cause Ben Duckett alone did more than 153+. I don't think he could do well again in 2nd innings. And this time, i predict that england will score lower runs than their 1st innings

Happy to see Gill is getting some runs and contrasting approach from his 1st and 2nd innings that is really the difference brought the performance.

India is in a position that they can't lose this match from this point, so tomorrow they will come and starts scoring runs at fast pace and probably let England to survive for the 4 and half sessions which is not possible with bazball on 5th day pitch. I hope they don't mind missing Ash in batting but definitely his absence may hurt.

Gill scored a century at Visakhapatnam and going good in second innings. He need to bring consistency in his performance, if he keep playing like that then soon she will be axed from the team. Indian team got a lead of 126 runs in first innings and on stumps day 3 they are favourite for this test. In second innings, India score is 196 and they have still 8 wickets in hand. India will give target of over 400 run which won't be easy to chase.

After that century, Gill started with no confidence at all in the 1st inning of this test match which really surprised me.

So far he gave performance in terms of numbers and won't likely he will be removed at all comparing the other middle order batsmen like Patidar who just keep giving his wickets away every time. I guess team will be tempted to add another new player too in the place of Patidar.

Fairly good chance for India to set up a target over 500 and get England to bat over a day and a half and try to defend. Would be a tough task on day 5 pitch and against Indian spinners.
India has already taken a lead of 322 runs with 8 wickets in hand. I won't say it is enough as the pitch still looks good for batting. But the condition of the pitch becomes difficult for batting on the day 4 or day 5 in test match (unless the pitch is completely in favour of batting). England may follow their Bazball mode from the start if India gives a target above 500, and allow them to bat one and a half days.

Experienced players like Joe Root and Bairstow could not bat well. After the loss of Duckett's wicket, it has become difficult for England to take the lead in this match. England's batsmen should have batted more carefully. England lost their seventh batsman for 299 runs. The England team is still behind by a big margin of 146 runs. And it is not an easy task for England's batsmen to collect 46 runs at the moment. I think England will be trailing by around 100 runs at the end of the first innings. Indian bowlers are bowling very controlled now. It is difficult for England's batsmen to survive at the crease. There is no experienced batsman at the crease now.
England defiantly not in good position at the moment, 7 wickets down and still 141 to level India first innings total. If India can take a lead of 100 runs in first innings then it will be difficult for England to avoid another defeat in a row. Ben Duckett with 153 and Ben Stokes with 41 are two prominent scorers of England first innings. Impressive bowling from Siraj and kuldeep, they both got 2 wickets and rest of 3 bowlers got one wicket each.

Despite a great start, England managed to muster 339 runs. The team was behind by a big margin of 126 runs. Ben Duckett, Pope and Stokes batted slightly better. Also no other batsman can do better than Skodas. Mohammad Siraj took 4 wickets. Also Jadeja and Yadav's bowling was good.

Jaiswal and Gill did not bat well in the first innings. But these two players batted well in the second innings. Jaiswal got out after collecting 104 runs. And unbeaten Gill collected 65 runs. India now lead by 322 runs. The team will provide more than a targets of 500 runs.

England 224/2 to 319/10, their last 8 wickets merely adding only 95 runs. It was a dreadful batting performance after such a promising start. Losing wickets of Joe Root and Ben Stokes was crucial. When wickets keep falling, you can't just defend and wait; you need to settle in and then play your shots. This isn't the proper cricket approach from England, but it's what happened. Of-course, Indian bowlers were outstanding. Until yesterday evening, no one expected India to take the lead. Mohammed Siraj particularly stood out after the Lunch interval, blowing away the English batting lineup. Kuldeep also bowled brilliantly. It was a superb day for India, and they finished with a commendable position. India will need to score a minimum of 260/280 runs in the second innings to take the overall lead to over 400 and register a win.

India have made a big amounts of run in 1st innings against England. Making 445 runs isn't easy at all but india have done it. Rohit & jadaje both have done their century in 1st innings. Sarfaraz Khan also made 62 which is worth enough as a new comer in international Matches although he played in IPL many times. And from England, Ben Duckett is one and only player who played as legend, his century has given England for another hope. 2nd innings also started and Yashasvi Jaiswal already have done his century but he get injured. But rest of players are in the field still

after him comes Kuldeep, are they planning to teach him batting?
He comes in as a nightwatchman.

Despite watching cricket since long I didn't know about this, now that you mentioned the term, I searched it on Google, and now it all makes sense. Thanks.

India is in a commanding position in this test match. I was expecting some show from English batters in the first session, but Indian bowling was too good for them, and after adding a few runs to the overnight score, they got out on 319 in the first innings. India responded brilliantly; Jaiswal batted with positive intent, and his partnership with Gill left England bowlers clueless. Jaiswal retired hurt after scoring a brilliant hundred. Gill also looks solid on 65. India has the ideal position to take the lead in this series.

Jaiswal gets retired hurt and all the momentum gets lost, Patidar comes and throws away his wicket, don't think he'll get anymore chances, and after him comes Kuldeep, are they planning to teach him batting?
Indian players started very well. Y Jaiswal did not perform well in the first innings, but in the second innings Y Jaiswal performed very well and completed his century he made 104 run .And in the first innings Rohit Sharma played a very good innings and completed his century and in the second innings Rohi Sharma did not play a good innings , Rohit Sharma made only 19 run and the lose wicket. And now Shaman Gill is playing and his score 65 run .Now let's see how shoman gill far this match is taken.

Thinking far ahead, lets get back to the present. Rohit gets out early but Gill and Jaiswal stabilising the innings as India inches closer to 100 runs.
If India can bat in one of the three sessions tomorrow, India will lead by more than 450 runs, in which case the spinners will have an extra advantage in the next sessions. In this case, if Kuldeep Yadav, Ravindra Jadeja, and Ravichandran Ashwin spin attacks in succession, two sessions will be enough to bowl out England. In this case, India will not have to bowl on the fifth day but the win or loss will be confirmed on the fourth day itself.

India has pretty much won the third test at this point thanks to England messing up royally after Duckett's spectacular performance. Jaiswal continues shining while Patidar continues playing like crap.

India should declare after giving a lead of something over 400 since I don't expect this English side to chase such a big target down on Indian turf.

India's team had very impressive bowling in the third test match they all out England 319 runs on 3rd day second season of the test match. The batting performance of Ben Duckett is playing like t20 cricket scored 153 runs in just 151 balls with the help of 23 fours and 2 sixes in this match but after the wicket of Ben Duckett no other players took responsibility and all-out in 319 and now trail by 126 runs. India after winning the toss batting first scored a big target of 445 runs for England in the first inning of the match. Rohit Sharma the captain of the Indian team batted so well and scored 131 runs. Sarfraz Khan the debt player of the test match batted an amazing 62 runs in just 66 balls. Inda has a good chance to win this test match because they have a good lead of 126 runs over England.

India team started their second inning very aggressively scoring 107 runs in the loss of only 1 wicket in just 28 overs of the Third season of the day. India's current lead is 233 runs and both Jaiswal and Shubman Gill are playing very fast Jaswil is playing at 61 runs not out and Gill is playing 22. I think India will give a lead of 400-plus runs for England in the second inning of this test match. India is confident to win the match because they played well in the batting and bowling department against England. England needs some quick wickets to come back in this match.

Bloody hell 126 runs lead after last night's butchering! Simply amazing.

Being honest here, when i heard Ashwin had to leave I wasn't expecting a close to 3 figure lead but all 4 bowlers did the job beautifully. England would be mighty disappointed with this effort, now Indian batters need to step up and take responsibility.

I wrote yesterday that Indian bowlers will make comeback especially spinners. I was suprised to hear Ashwin left the third test but I was confident that the other bowlers would not let us miss Ashwin. Bhumrah started it and all the others followed him and India got all of them out with 126 runs lead. The batters need to utilize this opportunity and add 300 plus runs to bring India in a comfortable position. Gill is batting for anchange today and I don't know how long he can survive.

126 runs lead and now India is in full control unless they mess up the batting in the second innings. All they need to do is add an extra 300 runs to the lead and they will be in a comfortable position to win the third test. My eyes will be on Gill to see whether he can repeat his first innings performance or perhaps he again comes out and get a 100, which is very rare of him now days. Jaiswal would try to not bat the way he did earlier and Khan this time should make another impact. Patidar batting has not been good and this time he too needs to get runs for his own benefit.
India are now 170 runs ahead of England. The Indian team has already started batting in their second innings and they have lost one wicket in 44 runs.Rohit Sharma was dismissed for just 19 runs in the second innings while Rohit Sharma completed his century in the first innings. Shubman Gill, who got out for zero runs in the first innings, will see how well he can bat in the second innings today. Indians still have a chance to score more runs if they can bat well in the second innings and give England a target of 400 plus runs then India will surely win this match.

Afternoon is the best time to score runs and India did amazing to wrap the tail in no time that we don't see much often.

After that good start, India did pretty good and as expected the proactive thinking paid off against the bazball so now India has to bat deep and I see Jaiswal is taking his time and normally he scores big of he do that and Rohit looks solid too. Exciting remaining day and by the end of the day we might get probable idea of which side the match is going.
