Pakistan has not played well throughout the innings due to which their target has also been made very low.   Pakistan team if they win a match then they play bad in the next match they have won some series after that they look weak.  I have heard the name of Babur a lot but never seen his feats and people are crazy about him.  I have been away from playing Pakistan for a long time because their matches are neither interesting to watch nor do they play well enough to be enjoyable to watch.

If you see, normal teams give such a target in the whole innings, if Pakistan did not lose wickets, it could have given a target of 400, but unfortunately they did not play well and hopefully they will lose in the first innings.

Pakistan did not score well but at the same time, the South Africa team did not perform too well either. Yup, they got the lead of around or little 100 runs which is enough but still I was thinking that South Africa would score very high and may get a one sided win but it was not to be.

Well, Pakistan is still in the game and I hope this time they perform well and each player will make more than 30 to 40 runs and help the team by scoring. Let's see what will happen in the second innings, I am very excited for this. Right now they have scored 73 runs and lost 3 wickets. Saim Ayub and Shan Masood both got out for 28 runs each.

Zimbabwe Vs Afghanistan
Zimbabwe 1st inn 586/10
Afghanistan 1st inn 11/1 (continuing)

Zimbabwe were all out for 586 and Afghanistan were batting in their first innings where Afghanistan lost a wicket early on. An analysis of Zimbabwe's batting reveals that three batsmen have scored a century and one batsman has scored a half-century, so this is undoubtedly a batting-friendly pitch. But if Zimbabwe can bowl well then positive results can come for Zimbabwe.
The fall of Afghanistan's wickets in the power play is very alarming for this Test match, because they have lost an opening batsman at the beginning which will definitely put pressure on the next batsman. Abdul Malik and Rahmat Shah, these two batsmen have built a partnership, if they can build a partnership for a long time with patience, then the first innings will definitely be very competitive. However, a patient performance by saving wickets can only fulfill the goal of the Afghan team to win.

I was very surprised to see Zimbabwe's batting in this match. Honestly, I did not expect such a great batting from Zimbabwe. We have seen Zimbabwe's batting very weak in the ODI series. We have seen Zimbabwe team losing by a big margin in every match. But Zimbabwe batted brilliantly in the first Test match.

Sean Williams scored the highest 154 runs for Zimbabwe. Besides, Craig Ervine and Brian Bennett scored centuries. Zimbabwe scored a huge total of 586 runs. On the other hand, Afghanistan lost the wicket of Sediqullah Atal for just 3 runs and Abdul Malik for 64 runs. If the top order batsmen do not bat well, Afghanistan team will not be able to collect 500+ runs.

Out of the total of 586 scored by Zimbabwean batsmen, 436 runs were scored by four batsmen who are currently based outside Zimbabwe - Ben Curran, Sean Williams, Craig Ervine and Brian Bennett. Native players had near zero contribution to the total. And this is not viable for the long run. But that said, the performance from Afghanistan was disappointing. Absence of Rashid Khan and Mujeeb-ur-Rahman seems to have a negative impact on their bowling capability. Zahir Khan and AM Ghazanfar tried their best, but were unsuccessful.

No doubt Indian team have some great batsmen but they need to be in form and show the performance in the ground. This time again Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul were out early and I was fearing if we see another batting collapse.

However Yashasvi Jaiswal is really playing well and he is not out at 82 runs. With him Virat Kohli  is also playing well and is on 35. They should keep small targets in mind and try to stay on the wicket for as long as possible. The next target for Jaiswal  would be to get his century and for Kohli to get his 50.
Well till both these were on a crease things were looking significant for Indian but as soon as due to some mistake they lose their wickets at that time momentum were shifted toward Australian. because they not only departure set impactful batter but broke the vital partnership of Indian, and now somehow things were once again Indicating positive results for Australian as currently they have very few impactful batter left and the required are far far away from them so at start of next day if Australian get single or twice wicket more than things will be completely out of thier hand.
Hope so these two will make things a bit better for his team in such crucial situation

Kohli! I don't know what to say. The dude who is usually the quickest between the wickets was ball watching thanks to which Jaiswal got screwed when he was on his way to a well deserved century.

There was no run to begin with, Kohli knew about it, and he neither ran and neither said resounding 'No' which in hindsight he should have.

Quote
He got out so quickly thanks to his annoying vulnerability right after. Rohit and Kohli need to learn from MSD when it comes to helping the next gen shine by retiring when the time is right etc.

Jaiswal's wicket broke his concentration and knicked a ball which he should have left alone, he was leaving such balls nicely prior.

Kohli looked confident today and I expected a big score with that attitude but slight miscommunication ended a good partnership followed by losing his wicket too. From this point India has less than 1% chance to win or even draw the match. I hope this series will be a wakeup call for the future of Indian red ball cricket, we need players for test match not big hitters and the only kind in this squad is KL who left all the T20 shots and playing the traditional test innings.

10th wicket partnership between Dane Paterson and Corbin Bosch going to be turning point in this first test match for South Africa we have 37 runs which bring leads at 71 runs a dream test debut for the Corbin Bosch after having 4 wickets now he is playing at 63 good all round for them as well.
Pakistani bowlers done good job now it's time for batting to give good response in second inning if they want to have something from this first test match after having poor batting in first inning.

After losing the T20 and ODI series against Afghanistan, Zimbabwe is batting in its first Test match today. The batting performance of Zimbabwe is very interesting today, each of their batsmen has scored huge runs today. Craig Ervine scored a great century and Sean Williams also played amazingly with 154 runs from his bat, and Brian Bennett also scored a great century. Due to such great batting of the batsmen in today's match, Zimbabwe's score looks very good. Although at the moment Zimbabwe has lost nine wickets and they have 576 runs at the moment, the team has collected a huge score. However, Afghanistan will have to meet the target of this huge score, although if they do not perform well in batting, it will not be possible for Afghanistan.

Has anyone been impressed after seeing the scorecards for Zimbabwe and Afghanistan? Zimbabwe played 110 overs so far and scored 465 runs by losing seven wickets. I believe everyone agrees that Afghanistan has some world-class bowlers and their bowling line up is stronger than Zimbabwe's. But did you expect Zimbabwe to score 450+ runs against Afghanistan in the first innings? Probably they will end up scoring 500+ runs. Good to see that. We do not have enough time to watch all the matches around the world, this is why sometimes get get impressed seeing something unexpected. Well done Zimbabwe batters. Can't wait to see how Afghanistan does against this good total.

Also, the whole drama with Konstas was uncalled for and just makes Kohli look dumb. Have no idea what he was even thinking there.

Australia ended up the innings at 474 runs. It was a superb batting performance by them today leading by Steven Smith . He scored 140 runs and it was a great innings to watch. Also I was surprised by how good the Australian bowlers bat today. Mitchell Starc , Nathan Lyon  and Scott Boland  all stood on the wicket with smith and help him make a good total for his team. You can check the commitment of these players as the last player Scott Boland played 36 balls and made 6 runs (the runs doesn’t matter that time).

Jaiswal and Kohli's partnership is getting longer. India lost two important wickets for 51 runs. Rohit Sharma and Rahul are both very experienced batsmen in the Indian squad. But these two batsmen are not able to bat well.

India's total is 91/2 in 28 overs. India will have to score big in the third wicket partnership. Because India is still trailing by a big margin of 383 runs. It is very difficult for India to score up to 474 runs. Even then, the Indian squad is full of experienced and talented batsmen. India has the capacity to score 450+. But it is difficult. Moreover, we have seen good bowling from the Australian bowlers in the past matches.

Jaiswal, Kohli, Pant, Jadeja and Reddy are all very good batsmen in the Indian squad. I think India can score more than 400 if they bat with some responsibility.

Australia are going through their first session on day two with Steve Smith unbeaten on 74 and Pat Cummins unbeaten on 17. If this remarkable partnership continues, Australia's collection will be much higher. At the moment, Australia is 327 runs for the loss of 6 wickets.

Australia has given India a target of 474 runs, I think it will be very difficult for India to meet this big target. Australia's batsman Steven Smith scored 140 runs, his batting performance was great, although Head could not do much at the beginning of the match, he was out for a duck, if Head could have batted well, Australia could have scored a bigger score. India is currently batting to meet Australia's target, although India's opening batsman Rohit Sharma has been out. Since one of India's great batsmen got out early, it will hurt India's score a lot. Pat Cummins and Mitchell Starc, two experienced bowlers, are bowling exceptionally well, their bowling performance is very good, India is under a lot of pressure due to Australia's bowling at the moment.

Rohit Sharma has not been in good form for a long time. Rohit Sharma failed to bat well in the first innings of the fourth match. India lost their first wicket for 8 runs. And Rohit Sharma's collection was only 3 runs. KL Rahul also could not play a big innings. KL Rahul returned to the dressing room after collecting 24 runs from 42 balls. India lost two wickets after collecting only 51 runs. India is under pressure at the moment.

The Australian team has collected a big collection in their first innings. Australia has managed to collect a huge collection of 474 runs. The pitch was not completely batting friendly. So it can be called a big collection. The Australian batsmen have been able to perform their duties properly. If the Australian bowlers can also bowl in a controlled manner, then the Australian team can take a big lead at the end of the first innings.

Rohit Sharma could not play well. Now I am waiting to see Virat Kohli's performance. Kohli and Rohit have been out of form for a long time.

Yeah, Australia set a huge target for them. It seems like they will not give a single match to the Indian team, despite the Indian team needing to be victorious in both of the remaining matches against Australia. The early drop of the head does not affect the team's performance at all, as other players scored massive runs, like Smith, who scored 140 runs, which is a huge score almost covering one and a half centuries against the Indian team. Currently, the Indian team is under great pressure, as I said, they have to win both matches, and in the first one, they face such a huge target. Moreover, their best player, Rohit Sharma, got out, increasing the tension in the team. The other players, especially Virat, are also underperforming in a few matches, so it is a tough time for the Indian team. Let's see how they will manage.

Both the teams are equally strong, but in the ongoing match it looks like the Australian team has the upper hand. Every player has contributed good to the score except Travis Head and Mitchell Marsh (4 runs). Travis Head was much expected to score big runs as he serves to be a game changer. Right now the second day's first session has begun, and Smith is getting stronger and has scored 78* runs. On the other side, Pat Cummins is maintaining a strike rate, playing like an ODI match. For India, Bumrah is believed to break the partnership at the first session. However, I'm sure that the Australian team would cross 400 runs in the first innings as they've reached 342/6 in 92 overs. India needs to stand wicket as well as maintain the scoring. If not, this is going to be a tough match.

In the first session of the second day, we saw the dominance of the Australian batsmen. They managed to score 100 runs without losing any wickets on the second day. At the end of the first day, Australia managed to score 311 runs for the loss of 6 wickets. Australia lost their seventh wicket at 411 runs.

Steven Smith played a much-needed innings of 140 runs. Pat Cummins was also able to score 49 runs. Australia managed to score a huge total of 474 in their first innings. Bumrah was able to take four wickets and Jadeja was able to take three wickets. The important wicket of Steven Smith was taken by Akash Deep. However, Australia has made a huge total. I don't think India will be able to take the lead in this match. I guess India can score up to 350 maximum.

Enjoy the beauty of nature 😊

Pakistan did not made the good start as they lost their four main wickets at the score of 75, this is such a poor performance. Babar Azam scored just 4 runs. I think in these days the Pakistan team have intention and focus on just ODI games as we can see they are not performing in T20 and test matches. I do not understand this inconsistent performance by them.

An important tournament Champions Trophy is near and that too in their home ground, they should be series in their batting by now. Making just 211 runs all out in a test match innings raises a lot of questions on their batting.
