However, they should have come up with a bold plan rather than such a cowardly plan. There is no problem in taking your home advantage, but it should have been kept in mind that it does not spoil the beauty of cricket. Maybe Zimbabwe could have played to their strengths and created a balanced pitch. Maybe you were more likely to lose as a weaker team than the Afghans, but you can't improve unless you take bold steps.

What the hell is going on? How often do you see good batting from the lower-order batters when the top order actually fails? We have seen such a thing a couple of times already in the same series. A 55-run partnership in 10th wicket, what? Indian lower-order batters were doing the same thing the other day. It seems like Aussie bowlers want to show India they can also bat. or what? What an incredible series it has been.

I thought India would have a chance to chase this score when I saw Australia was struggling with the bat. But now, it feels like Australia has enough runs on the board already. Let's what India decides tomorrow after clearing up the last wicket.

The match is delayed by rain at the moment.

LOL... Rahmat Shah scored a maiden double century and still playing on 231 runs, they will scored a triple century record. I think this match is going to be a draw because day three is over, and Afghanistan's first inning is still going on. Hasmatullah Shahidi also completed his century and still playing at 141 runs, will score a double century like Rahmat Shah. Zimbabwe's team hasn't been able to take any wickets today and the third wicket partnership of 370 plus downs for Afghanistan is going to achieve a huge milestone and I think this test match will end in a draw as Afghanistan is still trailing by big runs.

1 st test series game was played between Afghanistan team and Zimbabwe team. Zimbabwe team won toss and they elected to bat first. Zimbabwe played their 1 st turn and they made 586 runs and this was the big runs they made and Sean, Craig and Brian made a great progress and all three batsman made a brilliant century. But Afghanistan team played more better and they chased 425 runs by losing 2 wickets.. opening of Afghanistan team was not good and both lose wicket grabbing 3 and 23 runs. Rahmat played their line and he made 231 runs and not dismissal in 416 balls and hitted twenty three 4s and three 6s. Shahidi showed brilliant effort and he made 141 runs in 276 balls and hitted sixteen 4s. This game will difficult for both team and both showing excellent effort and Afghanistan team need 161 more runs to chase all 1 st turn runs of Zimbabwe.

Rohit Sharma's poor captaincy has been more damaging to India, compared to his poor batting form. Whenever tail-end batsmen such as Scott Boland or Nathan Lyon comes to the crease, he brings Mohammed Siraj to bowl hoping that Siraj may pickup a few of these wickets and Rohit can use it to retain him in the playing XI for eternity. Australia did pretty well in their first innings that gave them pretty cushion now and looking at the history of MCG highest score ever chased down is around 330 which happened almost 100 years ago. The realistic possible score for the modern day score to chase in 4th innings is 230 as per the analysis so yeah they are well ahead even now and if they past 270 they are going to be the favorite to win this match.

In the first innings of the game when Pakistan were batting, they did not got that many runs, yes 211 was enough but not too good and against such a team like South Africa who are full with hard bowling and batting attack, good effort in fielding as well.

Then South Africa came to bat and they got the lead of 90 runs but that was good. Becasue South Africa could analyse from thier previous innings that Pakistan cannot make 300+ that is why when they came to bat for the second time they need to score fewer runs and I think they are wining.
