Interesting stuff in the end to avoid the follow-on, the match was probably done for Indians otherwise. Surviving Starc and Cummins is no easy feat, yet my bois Bumrah and Akashdeep played gutsy! Akashdeep impressed me real good, with just this innings I would have him in next match, Siraj can sit.

Looks quite possible. Just one more wicket remain in Indian first innings as they are at 222/9, and at the moment the two tailenders are batting - Jasprit Bumrah and Akash Deep. BTW, Mitchell Starc and Pat Cummins are bowling from the other end. India need another 24 runs to avoid the follow on. I don't think that they will get to that. India maybe asked to follow on (Australia can afford to do that, as Lyon will be bowling most of the overs in the last innings). But given the rain forecast, getting anything more than 50-60 overs tomorrow looks very unlikely.
Australia should have its own 2018-19 Sydney experience from the other side of the aisle. Still, disappointed with the effort with the bat and I reckon, Rohit should find a tactical niggle in the next match and hopefully koach too lol

Bruh I am done with Rohit, his heroics against Aussies in t20 wc were really exquisite but that taste is fading away and now I am finding his spot in this test series questionable.
Maybe Rohit should just resign from all the other formats and focus solely on ODI? He wants to play in the 2027 ODI World Cup. That is fine. But with current form, it will be very difficult to justify his place in the team in all the three formats. And it's not just Rohit Sharma, but Virat Kohli as well. Both of them need to retire from the test format. In case of Virat, he can focus on T20Is and IPL. A lot of promising young players are coming up, and Rohit/Virat should not block their pathway to the national team. Virat made a hundred in Perth test and he only needs to stop chasing off-stump deliveries to throwing away his wicket, plus he's also a good fielder, so I think his spot is okay.

Third day was a day of rain which resulted in only 33.1 overs being bowled and it was very difficult for India to handle the Australian bowlers especially with the great pace and bounce of Josh Hazlewood and Pat Cummins. India are still trailing by 265 runs and still have only 4 wickets in hand. I am not sure that this Test is going to end without a result as it has been raining all day and both the players are busy passing the time in and out of the field. There is a possibility of a draw in this situation and if India follow on, Australia will have to bowl better in the second innings and take all the wickets which may not be easy. If there is a high chance of rain in the last two days, the third Test is likely to be a draw. Brisbane pacers are getting a good advantage and the pitch is a bit wet, which will give the bowlers bounce and at the same time confuse the batsmen. And I think the last two days will be more difficult for the batsmen.
India did just a few good innings and rest the rain delays will help to draw this match. Even now the match is stopped because of rain. KL Rahul made 84 runs while Ravindra Jadeja made 52 runs and is still playing.
Mitchell Starc and Pat Cummins have taken two wickets each while other bolwers Josh Hazlewood and Nathan Lyon also a wicket. I don’t see any situation where Australia can win this match from here. However they have really bowled well in this innings. It is only the rain that is saving India in this match else Australian bowlers are bowling their heart out.

Against Australia's 445 in the first innings, India scored 156 in their first innings and have already lost 6 wickets. The first 6 batsmen scored 156 runs so it can be said that the next four batsmen will not score much. Maybe another big defeat against Australia awaits Team India. After playing the first two Test matches, both the teams got enough time. Hopefully these two teams have worked on their weaknesses and opponent's weaknesses before taking the field against each other, especially India needed to do this more. The Indian batsmen have performed the same in the third Test as they did in the first two Tests. Had some batsmen not added some runs to the scoreboard, India would have been all out before long.
However, I expect good things from those who are still at the wicket. In such a big match, if the competition between the two teams is not equal, it is not fun to watch the match.

I think Australian International test cricket team gave huge target in this match because Australian bowling is top class and they always try to all out opponent team early. Indian team is looking very weak as comparison to Australian International team . But there are more chances of draw this match because 3 days ended of this match and one inning is not completed yet . There are only two days and Australian team have to all out Indian team twice but that is not an easy task , So we are going towards draw match but Australian team could play exceptional and that team could be winner. Indian team score is only 51 with fall of 4 wickets And Indian team trail by 394 runs . KL Rahul is present on the crease and he could play important role to draw this match.
So poor batting by the India team once again. In the first some of the overs they had lost their 2 wickets. And the twist is they only scored 51 till that time then the rain came and the bowlers were calm down, the situation has calm down. But before the rain Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul were batting. KL Rahul scored 32 out of 51 (the current Indian total). At that time, my thought was that Australia is going to win the match for sure, there was no chance for India to make a comeback from here even if Rohit scored a century.

Australia are undoubtedly taking revenge for the loss in the first match of the series. Especially the sledging done by Yashasvi Jaiswal and Siraj. Australian legends Mitchell Starc and Travis Head are taking revenge for the insult they gave to the Indians. Travis Head vs Mohammad Siraj and Mitchell Starc vs Yashasvi Jaiswal. The match has now become a 1vs 1 battle. The two Australians are not allowing the two Indians to do well in the match at all. I am enjoying this fight a lot.
