After England declared for 823 runs, if Pakistan could have fought in a good defensive mood, there might have been a chance of a draw but Pakistan lost 6 wickets for just 152 runs in their second innings, meaning the next four batsmen could not take this match to a draw, i.e. three sessions on a fifth day Pakistan's next batsmen will not be able to overcome. As a supporter of Pakistan, I cannot accept that England will win this match even after scoring such a big score.

Root and Brook were absolutely insane together. It looked like they would help their team score 1000 runs at one stage which is bonkers if you think about it. All of their hardwork would be pointless though if the match ended in a draw.

Pakistan desperately needs a complete reset in literally every format in my honest opinion.

The batting performance of the England team against Pakistan was really good, I think their batting performance should always be praised. Harry Brook scored 317 runs he batted brilliantly with great patience and Joe Root also played an interesting batting he scored 262 runs both batsmen played their best.
Anyway Pakistan lost 6 wickets today to fill the lead of England although they did not start the batting as well as in the first innings due to which their game was not so good today. Pakistan still needs a lot of runs to close the lead given by England, they are 115 runs behind, in which case I think the first test match probably points in England's direction.

I was wrong to think 556 would be a safe score. England not only replied it with huge 823 but they did it in short time. An overall strike rate of 5.48 which is better than many ODIs. A double century by Joe root and a triple century by Harry Brook.
Pakistan could have still played saving the wickets leading it to a draw but they have lost 6 wickets making 82 runs. Thanks to Salman Agha and Aamer Jamal, they are keeping the chances of a draw alive but they need to bat a whole day tomorrow if they want to draw the game. When Shan Masood was out then I understood if at that time any two players did not make a partnership then for sure, Pakistan couldn't score high and then the losing wickets streak couldn't be stopped and I was right as after Shan Masood wicket's another player gone named Siam Ayub on 12th over and the Pakistan loses this match, the chances of this started to increase. Also before Siam Ayub, in the last ball of the over Babar Azam was gone too and that time, I realized Pakistan and its bad form were here. No one could even imagine after seeing the first innings of Pakistan that Pakistan would perform like this in the second innings.

By the way, I think England can also go for 900 or maybe by chance they were also able to make 1000+ score but that means they would be batting the whole day today but England wanted to win this game that is why they declared the innings at 823.

Three wickets were still left for them and Chris Wakes was batting who was the very good player, his main role in bowling but also able to perform good in batting and score some runs too, and with him Brydon Carse was present who just came and played only 6 balls in which he made 9 runs. If the both player had make a partnership and England had not declared, then we would have been able to see 900+ runs which is rare in test cricket these days.

Samit Dravid didn't scored a lot of runs in the Maharaja T20 Trophy (Karnataka Premier League) and after that he hasn't been in action (KPL ended in August). And although he was included in the India U-19 squad (for the ODIs), he was released mid way (replaced by Rohit Rajawat from Madhya Pradesh) and didn't played any matches. That means that he is yet to make his debut for India U-19. I am not sure whether he will be recalled to the U-19 squad anytime soon.
