Current Indian bowling attack badly missing services of Mohammad Shami who is one of the best bowler after Jasprit Bumrah because he is having accuracy like him and also can take quick wickets with Mohammad Siraj is completely crap but still selectors and team management is allowing him which is wired for me and many others those are watching this series.

Today we have good start for the Indian team but sadly due to not having good support we have good innings from Travis Head and Steven Smith both hit centuries which bring Australian team into driving seat now most chances we will be having Indian team on batting tomorrow early and things could be not easy for them after conceding 400+ having batting on this track against quality bowlers things are completely under Australian control after this score.

Yes, You are right Travis Head is backbones of Australian cricket. Travis Head played an outstanding inning of 152 runs from 160 balls. Travis Head this classic inning assisted Australia to cross 400 runs. At the end of day 2 Australia current score is 405 runs in a loss of 7 wickets.
Steve Smith also superb batting performance scored a well deserved century and out after scoring 101 runs. Now Alex Carey is playing at 45 runs and very close to his half century alongside with pat Cummins captain of Australian team. India not bowl well in first inning except captain Jasprit Bumrah who picked 5 important wickets including the crucial wickets of Travis Head and Steve smith.

Australia did not got the best of the start in the 1st innings. their players were struggling and losing wickets till Steven Smith and Travis Head entered the game and the way they both made a huge partnership. Travis Head scored 152 runs that was woo much needed while his partner Steven Smith made 100 too, that was also so valuable.

After that, Pat Cummins and Alex Carey made a little bit of a partnership but that was not as threatening as the previous partnership. However, Travis Head and Steven Smith did their responsibility to take the team from pressure and put them in a favorable position.

I agree with you exactly. Even if New Zealand lose the first two test matches they are in the chance to win this one. But they need to grab this opportunity. The best thing New Zealand did here was they bowled England out for 143 runs and got a big lead. Also, they have started the 2nd innings well and made over 100 with only one wicket lost.

Indian bowlers (apart from Jasprit Bumrah) are looking pathetic out there. Travis Head is treating them with disdain. Mohammed Siraj and Akash Deep seems to be in poor form, while the pitch is not providing any support for Ravindra Jadeja. Maybe Rohit need to use Nitish Kumar Reddy more often. If India are unable to break the partnership between Smith and Head, then there is a good chance that the Aussies will get to a mammoth total and India will lose the match by an innings.

Amazing fightback from Steven Smith and Travis Head. When Australia lost Marnus Labuschagne, they were struggling at 75/3. But these two have taken them to 136/3, and they seems well set for a 400 plus total. The issue with India is that they don't have any other wicket taker apart from Jasprit Bumrah. And unfortunately, Bumrah cant bowl 40 overs per day, as he has a long history of injuries. The other two pace bowlers - Mohammed Siraj and Akash Deep are looking quite ordinary out there.
