As a cricket fan, it really disappoints me when there's no play on day 3! It's understandable to lose time because of rain, but losing game time due to poor facilities or bad local management is frustrating. There hasn't been any rain since around 8am, but the Kanpur Stadium management failed get the field dry. A draw seems almost certain now.

Another day went by and stumps in the match between India and Bangladesh. I think this match is going to draw as just 2 days left and in two days, we can’t see 4 innings. It is the last test match of this series, later here will be the T20 series between them.
I am excited for T20Is because Mayank Yadav has been selected for the T20 series, remember in this IPL he performed well and India got a bowler after a long time who delivered ball with a speed of more than 145. But in the end stages of the IPL, he was injured, but now he has been called for the T20 series.

It was raining on the first day as well.It rained on the second day too.

There are only two days left, these two days are likely to rain, which means that Bangladesh will not be able to bat in this Test. The good thing is that Bangladesh will not have to bat anymore and there is no possibility of playing in these two days. Second Test will be abandoned due to bad weather i.e. Bangladesh lost the first Test hence series to India.
There is no possibility of the match being a draw rather it will be abandoned especially only one session i.e. Bangladesh has batted till 35 overs in this case due to lack of light and weather there has not been a single ball so the match will be abandoned.

The second Test match between Bangladesh and India is still uncertain as the two-day game was abandoned due to rain on the second and third day. Earlier we saw that the Test match between Afghanistan and New Zealand was abandoned due to rain which was played on Indian soil. If you want to see what kind of politics is played between the State Association and BCCI then IND vs BAN is a fine example and one of the major reasons Test matches hardly bring audience to the Stadium.
Management and senior players were against playing at the venue as it was not fit to host a test match but BCCI couldn't do anything because there is retarded rule of "Rotation Policy" and UPCA has the blessing of Rajiv Sukla.
Need serious reform on the rotation policy and test matches must be restricted to only 6-10 Stadiums only.

But, here we have strong case BCCI can't do anything because system is complicated, and they all needed to work on this which is not easy while for the IPL and T20i games we can use more stadiums which are surely good for the State Associations and BCCI both but again it's never been easy to fix these problems in overnight it's going to take long time due to many problems around this BCCI we are having and different political influenced peoples are also having their own interest as well.

The 2nd match was a disaster for the New Zealand team. Sri Lanka made 602 runs and in response the New Zealand team were all out under 100 runs. This was a pathetic performance by them. Now they are trailing by about 250 runs and left with only four wickets. It is just a matter of time before New Zealand will lose these wickets and lose the test match.
Although Glenn Phillips is batting on 68 and is looking good at the moment but alone he cannot save the team New Zealand. We are on the fourth day of this test match, so the time left in this test also favors the Sri Lanka team. What a performance by them against a strong New Zealand team.

The Sri Lankan team continues to play so well that teams like New Zealand are getting badly all out with them. We have seen New Zealand batting for 88 runs against Sri Lanka in the first innings which was really a disappointing batting performance by them. I think New Zealand team might lose badly in this test match and also they will not be able to cope with Sri Lanka team Sri Lanka team has improved a lot. In the second innings New Zealand team collected 199 runs losing 5 wickets and to reach the target of Sri Lanka team collected in the first innings New Zealand still need to collect 315 runs, I think New Zealand will be all out before collecting these runs.
New Zealand batted badly in the 1st innings as a result of which New Zealand fell far behind. So far in the 2nd innings, New Zealand has collected 335 runs for the loss of 8 wickets. Their batting line improved in the 2nd innings compared to the 1st innings. New Zealand have only 2 wickets in hand, they are still trailing by 179 runs. New Zealand will be all out soon. However, both Sri Lanka's batting and bowling lines are commendable. The Sri Lankan batsmen put up a great performance and scored huge scores. Tiger robi himself admitted that he was beaten but later we can understand that there must be some reason behind his denial. However, this kind of incident is not right at all, we strongly condemn it.
Now we are puzzled and don’t know what to believe at this moment. While I believe there are some aggressive indians fans who can do these things because it is not the first time. The same thing happened with Tiger Shoaib in 2023 world cup where the indian fans destroyed his Tiger in the Stadium.
But to be honest, I feel like this could be a drama from Tiger Robi. He got a sponsor and we know how shady they are. These people can do anything to make some money. I am not blaming him, It's just my assumption. I heard that guy is watching cricket matches but he visited india with a medical visa. Now, India likely take some action against him.

I will say Bangladesh team is very lucky. The match was delayed for two days due to rain. And the Bangladesh team has benefited the most from this. In the first match we saw that Bangladesh team's performance was very weak against India. Bangladeshi batsmen cannot do well against India's experienced bowlers. Second test game between Bangladesh and India was distrub due to bad weather Bangladesh batting first and made 107 runs with loss of three wickets only 35 over was played in first two days of game. Mominul Haque with 40 runs on the crease Only 35 overs were played on first day and on second day rain did not stop due to which a single over was not played and match totally distrubs by rain Two days gone and only three days remaining now it will be very difficult to got a result of this match because four innings remaining now. Not only Zakir Hasan but Bangladesh's squad is not fit to play Tests but they are fine till ODIs and T20s. Maybe Zakir Hasan played a little bit well in Bangladesh's test cricket in the beginning but in recent times his performance is not good but he is seen to perform poorly in most of the matches. Mominul Haque performed well in Tests in the beginning but now Mominul Haque is performing very poorly. Bangladesh are not really in Test mode, but when they start playing Tests, the nerves are on edge and if there is a batting disaster, wickets fall in quick succession, which has become a regular pattern for Bangladesh.
Test is real cricket but still never been easy for the all players and teams like Bangladesh, Zimbabwe and Afghanistan because these countries are having not proper 4 days domestic setup which give their players good practice and experience for having good performance with recently we are having huge decline in quality of few good teams as well because now mostly players are trying to have their hands in Franchise cricket which is giving better entertainment and money to them.But still if few countries want then ICC is also needed to be active for this then we can have good improvement but with the business point view we are having not good things around this format so just because of this now we are having not good response from anyone just because of these things are going down day by day and players quality is also having huge impact due to these things.

Zakir didn't score any runs but he got off to a good start. He tried to play very carefully. But due to lack of experience, he could not survive at the crease. He was very patient. I hope if Zakir is diligent then he will become one of the most important players in Bangladesh team. We will see better performance from Zakir in future.
I don't understand how Zakir Hasan performed well in this match, that's why I couldn't agree with you. New Zealand is still trailing by 315 runs. Remember that they don't need 315 runs to win this match. They need 315 runs just to avoid the follow on, as Sri Lanka has one more innings remaining.
