Yes both teams are tough competitor and both have good reputation in international cricket. 1 st of 1 st test game was over yesterday and today 2 nd day will be play. Sri Lanka team won the toss and got a chance to take first bat or bowl and Sri Lanka team elected bat first and gave bowl opportunity to new Zealand team. Sri Lanka team effort in 1 st day was going very well and they grabbed 302 runs in 88 overs by losing 7 wickets. Opener batsman Nissanka and Dimuth both were dismissed and did not grab good runs Nissanka is a good player but they failed to perform well in 1 st lineup. Mendis played very great in batting and he made a brilliant century helped team to score 300+ runs and still they 3 more wickets to play and if sri Lanka batsman will succeed to make 400+ runs then New Zealand team encounter difficulties to chase the runs but we don't underestimate the effort of New Zealand team. Let's see what happen in next days..

I do not agree about this part as both are tough teams and good competitors because India is ranked no 1 team in test format and Bangladesh is having just first test win against all time unpredictable Pakistan so after just one win we can't tag them as best team they are now going to have good lessons from here as today in first session they have done good job but after this we have batting from one of the most deadly duo of test cricket take charge and give them good punishment.

From 144 to 6 and now 339 to 6 mean India is in business, and they are going to be had upper hand with 400+ could be enough for them to win this game without any serious resistance from the Bangla tigers Chennai boy score his sixth test hundred and bring himself in limelight again 38 years old having his last few months in cricket but still giving his best is amazing from this man.

India will probably win but by an innings is just exaggeration, I don't think Bangladesh won't go without putting their fight especially after winning 2 matches against Pak cause their confidence will be high and they also got decent batting unit and all they need to do play for their advantages. And predicting the result of a test match at the end of day 1 itself is just being too desperate, the beauty of the game is it can turn around at any moment especially if it goes to day 4 and 5.

I would say great comeback for India team. Where the team's top batsmen are struggling, but the bowlers and have done the job of top batsman and I think they are definitely successful in India's current position. Ravichandran Ashwin got the century and Ravindra Jadeja may get a century tomorrow. These two batsmen are set on the pitch. It is expected that the Indian team will be able to proceed with the target score that was supposed to be at the beginning of this match. If the target is big then it will be difficult for the Bangladesh team to chase that target because the team has Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj and Ravichandran Ashwin definitely they are prominent figure in bowling side. India is a strong team and do not expect them to stay down throughout the match. Yes, it was a bit of panic situation at the start for the Indian team but now things have changed completely. I do not think that India can lose from this situation. We should understand that the opponent for India in this match is Bangladesh and they are not a strong team. Yes, I also thought that Bangladesh would keep their grip on this match because they dismissed the top order bastmen very early and India loss their six wickets in 146 rins, but later Ravinder Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin take full control of match. The partnership between Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravinder Jadeja is 195 runs has played a big role for India. Ravichandran Ashwin payed a outstanding inning scored a well deserved 6th century and Raminder Jadeja is also very close playing on 86 runs. He needs only 14 runs for his century. The fast bowler of Bangladesh had a very high performance in the start but later he disappointed. Hassan Muhammad took four wickets hope he completes his five with one wicket tomorrow. Don't forget the second new ball is due now and probably the first over in will be bowled with it means things will starts over so I don't think it's not possible to score like in the 3rd session. Possibly they can add 40-50 is more than enough and it's excellent from where they are after losing 6 wickets at the end of 2nd session.

350 is kind of average score in this venue and India will be happy to reach that cause they have enough resources in the bowling unit to fight back.

New Zealand team did very good batting today as they chased more than half of the target. Tomorrow, they just have to make 50 more runs to level the score and then get the lead. I think tomorrow half day, they have to try to bat as they want a big lead in this game as well. Today there was also rain at Galle but good thing is the rain has stopped before the start of the day two.

Let’s see what New Zealand do tomorrow, Daryl Mitchell and Tom Blundell will open the game.
