Thus, if the Test match continues to lose wickets, then there is a possibility of an all-out in the first innings, as the two experienced batsmen of the Sri Lankan team were dismissed early on, leaving the team under a lot of pressure. If they can't perform well at their home ground then they won't be able to win the first and first match. I am not expecting good performance by Bangladeshi International test cricket team because they are not that kind of players who will win against India. Pakistani team is full of referenced players and that's why Bangladeshi team became successful to win the test series against Pakistan but Indian test cricket team is totally different from Pakistani team and they will win next match easily by high margin.

Bangladeshi team will be recessive in this series. Virat will be in the full form and he will score centuries in this series. Rohit Sharma is also in good form and he can change match at any time.Bangladeshi team is not that kind of team that will give tough time to India . Indian team will play easily Bangladeshi bowlers because they are prepared for that kind of bowlers.

If by any chance India is playing with the 4 spinners and 1 seamer then maybe he could come as a replacement for Axar otherwise i don't see him in the playing XI

In the last series against England, India already used Jadeja/Axar and Kuldeep here n there so it's not like they are not trying this left arm and leggie combination, it's just you need a off spin option as well because it gives you enough variety.

I am really surprised to see these odds which shows that Sri Lanka cricket team is favorite to win this match. Although this match will be held at Galle, SriLanka but still we cannot rule out New Zealand from this test match.

Can New Zealand outspin Sri Lanka in Galle? This is a big question and the first day of this test match will reveal the many unanswered questions. New Zealand may have to adjust themselves to the SriLanka conditions early on but later they have the talent to out class Sri Lanka. A lot of hope and responsibility rests on Tim Southee shoulders to prove that New Zealand team are still favorite outside home too. Wink

There are still a few days left for the matches to start, meanwhile I see that Allready is maintaining extreme excitement about these matches. However, in terms of this match and this series, my opinion is that Bangladesh will lose both the Test matches because India as Bangladesh's opponent is much stronger than Bangladesh in the place where the match is going to be played in India. Although the Bangladesh team is a bit confident with their good performance against Pakistan currently, my prediction is that Bangladesh will be whitewashed in this series.

Bangladesh will also play three T20 matches also but yes, the first two test matches will set the tone. No matter how much we praise about the Bangladesh team, the fact is that India is much superior team and they will have the upper hand in this series. Also, this series is happening in India and it is not easy to defeat the Indian team on the Indian soil. I think if the Bangladesh team can play competitive in the test matches, it should be satisfying for them. Thinking to win the test is asking too much from the Bangladesh team.

If i remember correctly, last time the Bangladesh team visited India, it was 2017 when they played one test match against India. India won that match. Virat Kohli was the captain of India and he made the most runs in that test match, 242 runs. Mushfiqur Rahim lead the Bangladesh then.

Back in the day, everyone asked the same question, How would the Indian team survive without the likes of FAB-5 Sachin, Sehwag, Dravid, Ganguly and Laxman.

Players come and go, and no one can control that, but if the system is strong and doing its job, the new talented players will come up automatically and do well. So far, it's working for the Indian team and the uptrend trajectory should continue for at least the next 5-6 years. Yes, sometimes they will lose but it's part of the game.

If you check the stats between Bangladesh and India, Bangladesh mostly lost the matches against India, but the difference was very tight. I am not talking about Test matches but about ODIs and T20Is. As a neighbor, Bangladesh knows the condition of most Indian grounds, and they are familiar with such conditions.

Also, I noticed Bangladesh has been playing well against India, but they lost the match due to a lack of experience and team effort. So, yes, we expect to see some competitive matches, at least one if not all. But when it comes to T20Is, I hope they will try to win a game.

I have strong belief it's never been right to compare Indian and Pakistani cricket even Bangladesh won series in Pakistan which was historic achievement for them but nothing new in the history of cricket because we all know how unpredictable is Pakistani team and their system is also having problems for years so they are suffering and have never won any series at home in years with India is team which having the best record at home, and they never lost any series in decades.

Yes , you are right. Indian International cricket team is strong all over the World. They have top most batter of the World and Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma are good hard hitters of that team and KL Rahul is also in good form and we saw Pandya in last World Cup when did last overs and the won the hearts of people and now public is very satisfied by the decision of Rohit Sharma.
