What do you think about the match between Monaco vs Shakhtar Donetsk? My assumption is that Shakhtar will win this match as usual. Because I have seen the last few matches of Monaco. They are not playing well. The players have lost their form badly. I don't see the possibility of Shakhtar Donetsk losing if they don't perform very well today.
The Test series between Pakistan and the West Indies ended in a 1-1 draw. Pakistan's performance in the second match is very commendable. Especially their bowlers played very well. Moreover, Pakistan's top-order batsmen did not play well in the first innings, but the performance of all batsmen in the second innings was stable.
There is no continuity of performance between these two teams in the Test format. Performs very poorly. Pakistan scored 2 runs in the first innings and lost 3 wickets. That's what inconsistent teams do. They lost the first match by a big margin, and then won the second one quite comfortably. It is a mystery how they manage to lose crucial matches, despite having some of the most promising players such as Babar Azam and Shaheen Shah Afridi. And now the T20 World Cup is coming up. Historically, Pakistan has performed poorly in ICC tournaments. But this time they have an advantage, since the tournament is being hosted by the UAE. Winning the trophy will lift everyone's morale.

They did the right thing by limiting the number of matches to two. I would say that even one was enough, given the declining popularity of test cricket. Overall, it was an amazing fightback from Pakistan. Shaheen Shah Afridi was exceptional, and he has all the qualities to become another legend, like Wasim Akram or Shoaib Akhtar. Shaheen is already having 76 test wickets to his name, and he is only 21 years old. But a lot will depend on how PCB grooms players like him. There is no dearth of talent in Pakistan.

Morning session just ended and we have lunch now. Pakistan took 4 wickets in this session and it surely belongs to them. The captain Kraigg Brathwaite is the key player for West Indies. He can only survive this match for WI and there is not much batting left in the team.
I think the next session will further clarifies either Pakistan will win the match or it will end in a draw.

LOL.. look at the opposition as well. Do you really think that the West Indies team is any better (especially in the test format)? Today is the fifth day of the match, and West Indies has already lost one wicket (Kieran Powell). At this point, Pakistan definitely has a higher chance of winning the match, especially given the stellar performance from Mohammad Abbas and Shaheen Shah Afridi earlier. It is a joke that West Indies is still allowed to play test matches. After the (forced) retirement of Shivnarine Chanderpaul, they are without the services of a quality test batsman.

I don't think the West Indies players will be able to stay on the field for a whole day. They are not experienced enough. And there is no continuity of performance. They have batted well in the previous match, the first innings of this match was a very bad batting disaster. However, the match is under the control of Pakistan. Pakistan will win only if the bowlers are able to perform their duties properly.

Pakistan has the entire day and 90 overs to pick the rest of the 9 West Indies wickets and hopefully there wont be any weather delays because Pakistan needs those 90 overs to create pressure and possibly try to win the match. It all depends upon the West Indian batsman's mentality as they will not survive if their game plan is defense alone as they need to produce some incredible innings to defend the entire day.
