There is so much money that the foundation is holding, why don't they defend Arthur and give him a few million to help development? why are they acting like these funds belong to them instead of for the progress of the project?

So I heard investors may paid for a law suit ? This is definitly an "innovation" in the ICO world ! hopefully I just invested 0.05btc... and i'm now just curious to see how things will finaly sort out...
What is the source of this news I searched but didn't find such kind of info. Want to know the way of that law suite how they will collect funds funds from the investors of this ICO. I hope all issue will get resolved in a friendly way.

I can not understand what kind of a panic it is. not everyone made a high-level investment, but the BTC rise and other forks coins became a big investment.
The team has not been paid for development all this time and the lead developer needs help defending against the lawsuits due to the foundation's lack of development support.

As far as I can tell there is nowhere at the moment that you can really buy or sell Tezos just a vauge IOU futures market on HitBTC. I thought they are locked until the chain launches, have I missed something or is there an actual exchange?
These are just the IOU's which should be converted to real Tezos when the mainnet launches, but I've not idea how the conversion to real coins would work though.

What is the date of release to the foreseeable market? There was a new story. I've no hurry . Just go to the market without any problems.

I think most of the investors were aware of that Tezos would be long term investment.

The funds should be used to fight these lawsuits. The funds are to build the company and this is part of what being a company is.
Squash these things using the billion dollars they have, build the product, everyone wins-- except the ones who are just spreading fud to get the price down.
