Another week with some surprising upsets thus far. At least a couple poor teams finally got their first W. In a Battle of the Bays, Buccaneers are dominating the Packers as Rogers is having his worst game in what could be years -- glad I didn't bet on that one.

My pick for this week is Rams -3... Some books have it at -2.5 and some at -3. The sportsbook I'm using is paying 2.24x for -3 so I kinda had to take it.

Of course the most exciting game will be tomorrow, with 2 of the best teams in the league facing off against each other, both coming off of losses. I'd pick the Chiefs to win all day, but this season anything can happen (more than usually) and I would not at all be surprised if they got steamrolled by the Bills.

Edit: Fucking hell, lost again!   Tongue   Cheesy

I'll be pissed if its just the Vikings that screw me over as I really thought they were a certain winner with the way the Falcons have been playing so far.

We all got hoodwinked by the Vikings, 60% of my bets lost because of them, unbelievable.

Steelers spanked Cleveland real good, Giants got NY first win of the season and Patriots surprisingly lost at home.

New England Patriots fall below .500 this late in NFL season for first time since 2002

Anyone watching Packers vs. Tampa game? Rodgers with 2 INT in three passes, Bucs 28 unanswered points, leading big at the half.

Going for a somewhat safe parlay this week 3 team Dolphins, Ravens and Vikings to win with odds slightly above even(2.2). For my survivor picks I got the Ravens and Dolphins on different entries. More than half of the predictions are on Dolphins but I doubt the Jets could pull something miraculous here.  Tongue

Edit : What a poor performance by Vikings but I was able to make a live bet on the Falcons to win some back. Ravens was a very close one but the Eagles choked in the last play.

Yeah I had the Vikings in my parlay as well along with Washington to cover the spread, I took the extra points, which they did and for the Bucs to win at the ML and they are currently winning. I'll be pissed if its just the Vikings that screw me over as I really thought they were a certain winner with the way the Falcons have been playing so far.

I think i went slightly overboard with my picks this week  Grin, one too many, hopefully, some of them hit.
Three teams i'm focused on and going against are the Panthers, Falcons and the Jets.

Panthers are sitting with a 3-2 record in the NFC South, surprising to most playing great even without CMC, but i think Bridgewater will have major problems against Mack and the Bears pass rush in this one.

Foles 2+ TDs + Bears ML total odds 3.00
Allen Robinson 70+ receiving yards + Bears ML total odds 3.00

Well, Jets got rid of Bell earlier this week, but they have so many problems in so many areas... a complete mess of a team, the only thing i like about them is Jamison Crowder and expect him to have a decent game.

Gesicki 1+TD + Dolphins ML total odds 2.88
Gaskin 55+ rushing yards + Crowder 75+ receiving yards total odds 3.40

Falcons finally fired Dan Quinn after yet another miserable start of the season, Ryan hasn't thrown a touchdown since week 3, Falcons defense is just awful.
Vikings might not have Cook in this game but his back up Mattison could put big numbers just as easy. I expect this to be a blowout win for the Vikings, spread should be at least -6.5/7.5

Jefferson 1+TD + Vikings ML total odds 3.00
Cousins 250+ passing yards + Thielen 1+TD total odds 3.00
Thielen 1+TD + Mattison 1+TD total odds 3.00

Lol almost forgot that i have a 4team acca as well, Bears, Packers, Viking and the Rams 9.25 odds

@vella85, @xxjumperxx, @tyKiwanuka. Do you not know me? I am the futures bet whisperer. I have predicted and bet the Raptors to win the 2019 NBA championship and the Miami Heat to win the 2020 eastern conference. Do not underestimate my power hehehehe.

I predict the Bills to win the AFC championship.

Da Bills? No way!  Grin

I am putting some money on the Browns tb the Steelers today Tongue This could turn out to be just a waste of money, but my gut feeling tells me, that this will be a very close one. Both teams didn't have that big test yet, so it's a bit hard to judge how good they really are. I liked what the Browns did in their last two games against Cowboys/Colts though, while the Steelers were a bit shaky against Texans/Eagles, if that makes any sense.

Looking forward to Bucs - Packers, where I think GB will get the W, but the odds look ok-ish for that to happen. And then we have two Shit-Bowls today with NYG-WAS and MIA-NYJ Grin

I do not know why some of the fans on the internet are dismissing them after the loss against the Titans.

I think it's because it was the Bills' first real test and they failed badly. And as I said before, I am not sold on the Bills as well. They played Jets/Dolphins, which were must wins given how bad these teams are. Then only had a very narrow win against the Rams with a very late TD. And the Rams are 4-1, but they already played all NFC East teams Grin That win against the Raiders was probably the only one, where you can say, ok, this was a very nice performance against what it seems a quite good football team this season. And then they get destroyed by the Titans.....now this is standard in NFL - any given Sunday - but Bills are overrated imo Smiley

I agree with you and that is why I liked the Titans to upset the Bills which they did as besides the Rams game where they just won, they haven't really played any good opponents. Like I said the Titans are a good team which I think most forget how good of a season they had last year and they look to be continuing on with that good form. I'm still not sold on the Bills so I'll be interested to see how they go in this next game.

The Bills might cover the spread in their home stadium versus the Chiefs. I do not know why some of the fans on the internet are dismissing them after the loss against the Titans. The Titans are a good football team people!

In any case, this might be another hard game for the Chiefs hehe.

Exactly, just a Money Greedy Guy...
Too much drama and he was just good in PIT because he had a great Offensive line...
It is interesting how things turned out for the PIT killer bees, Brown is out of the league after playing just one game with NE and Bell had done absolutely nothing with the NYJ, this is not completely his fault as it is without a doubt the worst team on the league right now, however lets see what he can do in KC system that could use his talent to his maximum capacity.

Well to be fair I dont think Barry sanders would be able to run behind that line.   Nobody is going to be successful on that team right now.  For both him and the jets its better if they both part ways.
While I think you have a point I still think Barry could run behind that line and pull off some decent numbers, even if he has the record for most carries for negative years that is because he had to dance a lot before the line of scrimmage and since his style of running was not about just overpowering his opponents he had a lot of carries for a loss of yards, but even then I think he could run behind that line which shows the huge difference between a good RB like Bell and a HOF RB like Barry.

I was being semi sarcastic but yeah nl comparison between Barry and most every other rb to ever play.  Put it this way, with the jets line I don't think any current rb would be good, same with the giants, Saquon is being squandered on that team.  He moves to another team and he is an insta star

Alright, i will keep him then!

Chiefs have a game with Bills on Monday, but i don't think Bell will play in this one, he has to clear some covid protocols, as i've read.

After that Chiefs have Denver, Jets and the Panthers, those three games should be telling if and how Reed will use him.

With a good team, decent OL and very creative coach, maybe keeping Bell will pay out, we will see...

I would keep Bell too unless you are able to get a better running back in the trade somehow. He’s definitely upgraded going to the Chiefs, which is of course at my expense as I drafted Clyde Edwards with my first pick. Bell should likely get half the carries and all the goal line carries.

I seek fantasy advice on Le'Veon Bell and what should i do with him, keep or trade.
He was a waiver wire pick up for me, some dude released him by mistake and i was able to snatch him.
Now that he is cut by the Jets, whichever rumored team he signs with he won't be option 1, maybe except for Dolphins idk.
My current roster PPR: QB Allen, RB1 Conner, RB2 Gaskin, WR1 Lockett, WR2 McLaurin, TE Kittle (4-1 record lost to the goddamn Ravens defense last week lol)

I kinda want to get rid of Conner too, maybe put a package of the two for another RB1?

Best possibly outcome for a non starter, he landed on the chiefs.  He is a hold, good flex option on that offense and if Clyde ever goes down he will be a strong RB1.  i too have conner I think you will be fine and bell is a hedge as I don't trust Gaskin all that much on miami.  I'd hold bell for a couple weeks and see how Reed uses him, Reed is a great coach to have for ff rbs

There will be plenty of teams ready to sign him since the Jets are on the hook to pay him.  I agree with you but he did swipe $28mil from the Jets for playing just 15 games  not too shabby  Cheesy
