@morvillz7z. Tua was walking on his own two feet going to the tunnel, however. Doctors would never let him play if he had a bad concussion.

Also, yes the safety hehehehe. The commentators were saying they did not need it.

There was also Tua's long pass to Jaylen Waddle going near the endzone on a 3rd down and was it 20 yards?

This is not photoshopped! Wow..

I had to choose/stream between Goff and Wentz in another league, guess i dodged a bullet by not going Wentz, dude got sacked 9 times today.

Dolphins remain unbeaten, yet another impressive win! I'm not sure why officials allowed Tua to continue after that play at the end of the first half, aren't there concussion protocols in place? He clearly looked knocked out, if you haven't seen the video:

Miami plays on a short week at Cincy on Thursday, interesting to see if he plays...

My team has been lucky for week 2 and week 3 with Lamar and Amari Cooper hehe. I am quite certain this is not very sustainable, however. Cam Akers, Christian McCaffrey and Mike Evans will need to create more fantasy points than projected when Lamar and Cooper cannot produce week 2 type of performances.

I am also quite surprised that some analysts have hyped the 49ers being playoff contenders again with Jimmy G. This game will show if they are right or wrong hehe.

My team is brutal.  Jefferson laid an egg today and I have no faith in ceedee lamb with dak out.  No running back depth and quartback is an issue lol.  Unless something changes I can't see my team competing all that well this year.   Cry

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE, Hoping for a FIRST win today against Dires Brutal Team!

I'm rooting for you. Nothing against DireWolf, just need to level the competition Grin

The closest matchup right now seems to be Taco vs Chi:

And I can't decide if I should play Herbert. I have a feeling they might bench him at some point.

Edit: well, Herbert sucked but so did Stafford so my decision didn't matter in the end but damn... the Jaguars crushed the Chargers, didn't see that coming.

Speaking of kickers I’m absolutely losing my mind right now. Between Joseph and Lutz I believe they have missed 7 field goals. Not to just say this because I’m seething over shit kicker play but I don’t think kickers should be used in fantasy football anymore. There’s a pretty big movement between really competitive/serious leagues that has gone on for several heats now where they are stopping using kickers. Winning or losing based off a kicker just doesn’t seem fair to me. I feel the same way about real football too. I wish they’d just do away with field goals and after points.

Okay I’m done ranting, time to smoke some weed and calm down lol. Good luck today everyone.

Damn, thought I was going to have the team I drafted all ready to go this week but no Butker decided to take another week off! Cheesy

It looks like you got yourself another kicker, but you left him on the bench.  You're kicker slot is empty right now...

Thanks Man, He was on waivers and I wasn't sure what time it would be settled (put in the claim 2 days ago) and whether or not I'd get him (I've been known to sleep in past kickoff sunday afternoon.) so I had another kicker in just in case and it looks like the waivers were settled right after I crashed. Cheesy

There really should be an option to put a claim auto in the lineup in the waivers section.

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE, Hoping for a FIRST win today against Dires Brutal Team!

Hehehe similar to much of these fantasy matchups it was luck. Steelers defense was not very good. Amari Cooper would never have a similar performance vs. the Bills' defense.

In any case, I was going to risk using Atlanta defense if Cooper did not give me 2x the fantasy points projected.
Cooper was in fact on my radar but I decided to stay away from him because I thought that he was on a boom or bust situation in which he could do very well or he could do horribly.

However, I might not be that lucky. McCaffrey's Q might be more serious than what is being reported. If I knew he has a high percentage of being injured in a season, I would have picked Justin Taylor.

He's one of the biggest first-round injury worries heading into 2022. According to the Injury Predictor tool, McCaffrey has been injured six times since college (ankle, hamstring, glute, shoulder, ankle, hip), and he has an 84-percent chance of injury this year (10.2-percent chance in each game). Overall, he’s projected to miss 2.2 games, but clearly the risk is there for more.

If McCaffrey can stay healthy during the whole season I think there is very little doubt that he will be the top scorer, so it was not the worst decision that you could have taken at the time, you just took the risk and unfortunately it seems that it may not pay off, however you made the draft interesting from the very first pick with your gutsy decision, and for those that are just playing for fun that is invaluable.

It is not gutsy. It is risky and it showed that I did not do much research on the players in the first round of the draft. I am playing for fun yes, however, I also want to win the money hehehehee.

I will be watching the Dolphins versus the Bills more closely. Mike McDaniels have 2 wins versus 2 good football teams. This game versus the Bills might make him something like a playbook genius if Dolphins win.

Seriously, what was Tomlin thinking on that 4th and 1 while in the redzone needing a touchdown? Perhaps he saw he had no chance to win with Trubisky and chose to sink all the under bettors with him?  Grin

I'm not sure i fully understand his decision, he should have put the offense back on the field, following the penalty, and tried to keep the drive alive and possibly score. Huh I would've gone for it even at 4th and 5... Tomlin had some bad decisions last week as well, an insanely lucky win over the Bengals. Steelers deserved to be 0-3 to start the season. I don't see them doing any better with Trubisky at the helm, Tomlin being overly conservative, and last but not least no TJ Watt.

Lol, that struck me as odd also.  I don't often find myself second guessing Tomlin's decisions, usually that guy is Chess master when it comes to in-game strategies.  I understood settling for a field goal when it was 4th and 5+, but after the 12-man penalty reduced it to 4th a short yard?  The Steelers were down 9 points at the time, and we all know the odds of getting an on-sides kick is slim to none.  The announcers were questioning it a bit too, but decided that going for the sure points was the right call.  I disagree.  It was difficult for his team to get so far down the field, and that possession was one of the few time there got so close to the red zone.  It spoke more about how much (or little) the trusts Trubisky.

No matter what they needed 1 td and 1 fg, if they get stuffed the game is over.  So might as well go for the field goal there, you still need the ball back no matter what.  I don't think it was a terrible call.  Odds were completely stacked at that point you at least want to try to make it a 1 score game.

0-1 already on the week lol.  Had the under at 37.5 and of course it ticked slightly over.  Going out with a bold pick...Giants favored by one against the cowboys.  Monday night game with no dak.  I like the giants chances of going 3-0 here.  It will be a fake 3-0 but still.  That's my LOCK OF THE WEEK! OK maybe there's a little fan Homer in that pick but whatever.

Well, you're up against the wire, there.  I'm rooting for you, hopefully the Browns can hold onto the current score.  Only six minutes left, lets go D!  I'm about to lose my bet one way or the other: <...>

It was Thursday, too early in the week to have winning bets...lol

Anyways, i'm curious how many matchups that final play of the game will sway, Najee Harris with the fumble, Claypool also lost yards, Browns D/ST scored...

I like Cooper, but I tend to agree with this.  I had the Cowboys version of Cooper on my Fantasy team last year, and he was hit or miss.  Being that he was one of Dak's favorite targets and considering the Cowboys aggressive air assault, I expected more from him.  Most of the time, however he performed as expected.  I still think he's a valuable addition to any fantasy team, but keep an eye on his opponents.  He'll perform better against undersized corners and safeties, and some teams (Giants) will just lock him up.

@nutildah Amari Cooper's good performances are quite unexpected considering that they are playing Jacoby Brissett, a substitute quarterback for the massage man hehehe. I hope having Massage Watson on the field after the suspension on week 6 will not destroy how the Browns play. He has not played for more than 1 season.

yeah for real, Cooper threw our matchup in your favor, and I hope Brissett has some strong performances in the next few weeks to prove he is ready to oust Massage Man from the starting QB position.

Cooper is having / had a great game for the Jerkers... I was rooting for the Browns until I discovered he was on my opponent's team, now I'm rooting for Pittsburgh to keep the ball for the rest of the game.

Trubisky is boring AF, tho.

Actually already looking forward to next Thursday's game as I'll finally be able to watch Tagovailoa in action.
