I have seen on YouTube that the former Arizona governor candidate Karri Lake will be running for a seat in the Senate of the United States. It is curious to me since she has been one of the most vocal supporters of the idea elections in USA are corrupt and completely unreliable. She has also managed to secure the endorsement or Donald's Trump for this new political adventure.

I would have expected her to continue to try to overturn her failed run for the office of governor in Arizona if she had such devastating evidence as she claims to have, but I guess she gave up on it and decided to be more coherent and try to continue her political career in a more logical path. It would be very ironic if she ends up losing again.

There is no evidence of anything wrong in the elections. There is nothing presented, nothing credible and if you listen to Trump's call when they were suing Georgia for allegedly election fraud all arguments could be summed up in "I think there was fraud" - "Can you prove it?" - "What proof, my people say there was fraud, is that not proof enough?" - "Well, kind of nope" - "But that will be bad for your re-election" - "Again, any proof" -"What proof, my people say there was fraud..." - LOOP till infinite.

Trump had to pay millions for besmirching the firm that counts the votes, all his allegations have been dismissed and he is being judged for fraud. That is factual, his call are merely of the emotional kind - which is know to be done when there are no facts nor arguments.

I have actually listened to the whole thing, the call when he tries to pressure the Georgia secretary of state to find the 11k (give me a break).  In the call his lawyers promised to present evidence which was supposed to convince Georgian authrorities of fraud being committed in the election, but never happened, as far as I am concerned.

Makes me believe this I coming election in 2020 there could be some unfortunate events, like people being intimidated (specially election workers). I would not be surprised of someone tried to steal ballots or something illegal in order to proof some "wrongdoing" by election workers.

Though, with all this mess going on in the middle east, noone will talk about elections until things cool down.

A big reason why sovereign citizens lose is that the term 'sovereign citizen' is contradictory in itself, on its face. If one is a sovereign, he can't be a citizen, because citizens belong to governments, as property (at least to some extent), and aren't sovereign. Somebody using that term has lost by their own ignorance.

No, it's because they make idiotic arguments like this one:

This brings up a most important question. The question: "How many persons are you?"

The 4th Amendment: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Wait a minute. The word "persons" is plural. How many people are you? Oh, that's right. Persons are the contracts and agreements you make and have signed with your mark or signature. You have and keep copies in your house - which is not necessarily a residence, BTW. It's these copies with your signature on them that are your persons.

So, let's examine the indictment against you. It has your name and address on it, and possibly other information that identifies you. What is the one important thing that it doesn't have? It doesn't have your signature on it. Why not? Because it isn't one of your persons. Rather, it's a made-up person, that simply looks like it is one of your persons.

One of the reason people lose in court cases like these is, they actually did harm to a man or woman, or they damaged property. In that case the indictment is usually in claim form rather than complaint form.

The point is that, properly used, sovereignty absolutely DOES win in the courts when there is no harm or damage. But most of the time, the case is dismissed before it can be adjudicated. And that is why you would have a difficult time finding one of these cases.

The judges aren't stupid. They know when a case is going in the direction of a win for a sovereign. They shut it down through dismissal, often to the amazement of the prosecuting attorney... who thinks he is on the verge of a big win.

Your talk against sovereign citizens is not where my talk was going at all. You would do well to learn sovereign things and the clever ways that attorneys and judges try to get someone to contradict themselves, like with using the sovereign citizen term.

Somebody sneaked into your property, and fraudulently made up a 'person' that looks like it is one of your persons, and tried to claim that it referred to you. They unlawfully 'searched' your property and tried to trick you into accepting that their fictional person is one of your persons, or better (if they can get away with it), that their person IS you, and not just a person belonging to you.

"Acceptance" is a legal term. You do not have to accept their person in any way. Furthermore, since they came onto your property and messed with your persons - as evidenced by the identification information on their indictment - you have a right to sue these perpetrators for breaching their Oath of Office against you (not upholding the Constitution 4th Amendment as they swore to do)... or any other trespass that they have done to you by improperly using your persons without permission from you (your signature does not appear on their indictment accepting it as one of your persons).

But, you don't have to sue them if you don't want. And you are certainly able to accept the indictment, thereby accepting that the person on the indictment is one of your persons. And you can also lie, and say that the indictment person IS you (It isn't. It's simply ink on paper.). They aren't going to charge you with lying or with inappropriate acceptance. That's what they want you to do, lie or accept. Why? Because they are more corrupt than you could ever think of being.

Note that the above was the way things were in America 200 years ago. Over the decades, people have forgotten the difference between 'persons' and 'people'. And that's what the attorneys and judges wanted all along, so that they can rule you as a master rules a slave. One of the greatest promoters of the ignorance of common people was the TV program "Perry Mason."

Something like being a sovereign citizen is something I had never read or heard before, until the unfortunate Christmas parade in the United States, I believe it was two years ago. When a man used his car against a group of people during a parade in November.

He got arrested and his trial was televised, during his trial he declared himself to be a sovereign citizen/person, and hence the trial was illegitimate, because he ruled over himself and the United States did not (or something like that).

When I heard that I looked up for that exact Wikipedia article. It is beyond stupid someone would try to use that as a legal defense, because obviously if you live in a society with other people, your actions can affect others, so your wrongdoing must be held upon account. Also, given the poor precedent that defense has, why use it anyway?

Thankfully, I'm confident that the deluded folks in Qanon BADeckerland are the minority, albeit they are extremely noisy on the interwebs, (especially on forums like this one) giving the appearance that these uneducated deluded idiots are more common than they really are. They live in a reality bubble getting all their news from Newsmax, Fox News and various disinformation websites that supports their narrative, and tells them everything they want to hear. My godswiller bible thumping Bud, BADecker laps it up, eats out of their hand and regurgitates all their nonsense on this forum. I'm not sure if he is just a paid troll, or seriously demented or both. Probably the latter.
He loves to hang out on this board and create ridiculous threads full of complete debunked rubbish, that's for sure. But then again, what do you expect from a bible thumping evolution denying moron.
For whatever reason these right wingnuts feel a need to broadcast their deluded beliefs to the world, like flying ridiculous flapping giant flags out of the back of pick up trucks or some such silly thing.
I'm a middle of the road type and I don't feel the need the spout my politics in public except here, because well this is where the Badeckerland crazies hangout and I love to push their buttons.

Even though I respect your personal opinion on some groups of people which many let their opinions to be known on the internet. I think it would be a mistake to underestimate the number of extremism who currently live in the United States, not only from the right side of the spectrum, but both.

I have got the impression the media has taken the mission to further radicalize people in that country and strech their view further to the extremes, maybe in the past our lil friend here in this board was a quite reasonable conservative person, and like him, many has fallen into the trap of propaganda and disinformation.

It could happen to anyone of us, to be honest. We are not supposed to imply he lacks of intelligence, even clever people end up trapped into cults...

Not being in the US, odds are that you won't be trapped into the Biden cult directly. But it sounds like you are trapped in its counterpart in your country already.

What do you folks have against the 'freedom' 'cult'? Biden and the Dems are using their freedom to enslave you... and anybody they can get away with enslaving. That's not freedom. That's a form of Dictatorship. True freedom is freedom to have all the freedom you want as long as it doesn't take away from the freedom of anyone else. What they are doing is taking away my freedom to travel. Look at the price of gasoline they have caused.

Cool

I mostly use the word "cult" to refer to political extremism or extreme ideology, I do not mean to say there is an actual cult (yet) goig on in the United States.

I agree with your definition of freedom, but the example of the gas prices to justify a dictatorship regime does not make much sense to me. Here in my country, not long ago, gas and fuel used to be free. People was able to travel to anywhere they wanted within our territory. Did that mean we were living in democracy and in the freest country?

No. We were governed (and continue to be governed) by bad people who have further cut our rights and will to be a peaceful and fulfilling life, we do not have full speech freedom anymore.
So it would be better if you came up with another kind of example of you even want to talk about freedom.

Thanks or showing me that you are trapped inside a government cult in your country, and maybe don't even know it.

Free fuel and free travel is a mistaken notion. It's a lie. Somebody works to get the fuel out of the ground and refine it. They get paid to do it. Where does the money come from? If government pays for it, they pay for it by taxing the people... except in the rare case where there is an abundance of raw material that government can sell to other nations for big bucks, and then give the money to the people.

Some countries have as high as 90% taxes. Government uses this to pay for almost everything for the people. If the government is honest, this is a good deal. But most of the time, government people figure out ways to 'steal' some of the money for themselves so they can live life in luxury.

The idea in America is to keep government out of the money pockets of people as much as possible. The main taxation, IRS, is voluntary. The government is set up in a way that the people can sue IRS agents personally if they mess with people who don't want to pay taxes. It isn't government's fault that most of the people don't know how to do it.

montaga, a fellow forum member, shows us a guy who knows what is going on, and uses it. His name is Mark Passio. You can find a couple of his videos located in my post here - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.62955475. But better in some ways is this - 2023-10-11 -- Ernest Hancock interview Mark Passio on Two Masks, Same Face - https://www.freedomsphoenix.com/Media/352015-2023-10-10-2023-10-11-ernest-hancock-interview-mark-passio-on-two.htm.

The point of the videos is that we the people are free from essentially everything that government does. At the same time, we are free to participate in government laws and policies to the extent that we want. And we are free to change our mind on our previous decisions any time we want.

Trump told reporters Monday the New York fraud case “is a continuation of the single greatest witch hunt of all time.” He described Justice Arthur Engoron as a “rogue judge” and Attorney General James as a “racist attorney general” and a “horror show,” and the case against him “a scam” and “a sham.”
Ruth Ben-Ghiat, a New York University professor of history and Italian studies, responded to Trump’s remarks, saying “the witch hunt/victimhood rhetoric is part of the authoritarian playbook and was/is used by the following corrupt leaders: Mussolini, Hitler, Berlusconi, Erdogan. If extended to the whole country being victimized, add Putin, Xi, and more.”

You are looking at it backwards or from a skewed viewpoint. Somebody simply put to words what Trump has been doing all along. Trumps authoritarian plans can be summed up by simply saying... Trump's authoritarian plans are to make America the economic authority in the world. It's called MAGA. It's what he has been doing all along.

Dems and the Elite, who are trying to take over the world, have been DOING their authoritarian plans long before Biden got in. And all it has been doing is to make America weak. They should wear blue hats with MAW written across them... Make America Weak, just to show where they really stand.

Sure, it will disrupt the money making schemes of the Elite who want to rape America for all they can get, and take over the world to boot. But it's time that those jokers were taken out of power so that Americans can have a strong nation again.

So, it's UP with Trump's good authoritarianism which will take down the Dems' bad authoritarianism. That's the way it should be.

And thanks for helping to bring things like this out into the open.

Cool

I do not live in the United States, I do not vote there but I have read much of politics going on there, etc. And I must say, that the simple fact there could be people who may be trying to support "good authoritarism" instead "bad authoritarism" sounds like something out of a banana republic where leaders and dictators try to justify their own wrong doing.

It reminds me when politicians here started to talk about "good despotism", which allegedly helped to keep the state strong and help towards a smoothly transition from capitalism towards Utopic socialism. Obviously, nothing of it happened. What is next? Talking about "good terrorism" against "bad terrorism". This is getting quite disturbing...

The news media is destroying Trump. The courts are destroying Trump. World governments are destroying Trump. But the people of the USA know that it is Trump who will be Making America Great Again. What is to be seen is how far the people will go with allowing their favorite to be messed with like the Dems are doing. Election fraud is going to backfire on the Dems.

Mainstream media DISMAYED by poll result showing Trump leading Biden by 9 points in hypothetical head-to-head matchup

https://www.naturalnews.com/2023-10-05-msm-dismayed-by-poll-trump-leading-biden.html
The mainstream media couldn't hide its dismay over the result of a recent poll conducted by two of its own.

The ABC News and Washington Post (WaPo) surveyed Americans about their views on the current state of the nation. In a hypothetical head-to-head matchup, former President Donald Trump leads incumbent President Joe Biden by nine percentage points. About 51 percent of respondents support Trump, while 42 percent support Biden. (Related: NOTHING NEW HERE: Poll shows 52% of Americans DISAPPROVE of Biden.)

NBC political analyst Steve Kornacki and his co-moderator Kristin Welker were clearly disappointed by the result.

"You know this from talking to Republican critics of Trump from rival campaigns, everything you just explained they thought would take him down a peg this summer and instead he has only moved up here. You can see the number saying the party needs a new leader has gone down. So for Donald Trump there, [is] nothing but good news," Kornacki commented.

But before Kornacki could even finish his thought, Welker blurted out "Oof" to show her apparent disgust over Trump's sustained popularity among Republican voters.

ABC News Political Director Rick Klein and Chief Global Affairs Correspondent Martha Raddatz shared the same sentiment, ditto with the network's panelists on "The View," including Whoopi Goldberg, Alyssa Farah Griffin, Sunny Hostin and Ana Navarro.

Navarro even accused everyone who participated in the poll of being high on drugs just because she couldn't stand the result. "I don't know what happened with this ABC poll. I don't know if the people asking the questions were high or the people answering the questions were high, but somebody had to have been on edibles or something else because this poll is off the charts," Navarro commented.

If Trump is only smart enough to put into play some of the strategies of Kari Lake's team

Ahh yes.  And then Trump would be as successful as Kari Lake...

Quote
Her campaign circulated testimonials from supporters who claimed to have been disenfranchised by technical problems with voting machines, but a New York Times review found that most of them had been able to vote. She filed a lawsuit in December alleging deliberate misconduct by election officials — though she did not provide evidence of that, or of any unintentional disenfranchisement. A judge rejected her claims later that month.

In February, when she said she was considering running for Senate, she was still claiming to be the rightful governor and raising money for lawsuits. The Arizona Supreme Court refused to hear her case in March, sending one part of her lawsuit back to a trial court for review. In May, a lower-court judge threw out a challenge she had filed over the verification of signatures for mail-in ballots.

During her campaign, she followed Mr. Trump in both style and substance, using the news media as a foil after working for years as a local television anchor in Phoenix. She repeatedly promoted Mr. Trump’s election lies, won his endorsement and in the Republican primary, defeated Karrin Taylor Robson, a rival supported by the state’s G.O.P. establishment.
