I am really skeptic about it. I waited for August, then September, then the end of this year, nothing is happening. This green lines don't mean anything, it's just that price is higher then last 24 hours. Suppose, market falls from $6k to $3k and on third it's green with price at $3.3k, it is worse whether it's green or not.

We can't really tell if this is a sign that the market will be starting to back to bull run but let us all hopethat it is so that many lose trust from crypto will regain its trust. Some people are losing hope now due to big fall of market in just a few weeks and still not recovering yet. Just have faith to crypto and believe that it will not die.

Exactly price of some cryptocurrency is growing gradually. But it is still not confirm that bull run will start. But we can wait some more days to be confirm about bull run of crypto.
I agree with you, you need more evidence of growth. During the month of November, we fell by more than 2 times, but grew by only 20% and everything started talking about growth. Most likely this is a correction before the next fall.

What will you say now when bitcoin is far below the level you mentioned?) I think that we won't see a bull run in this year. It's more likely the growth will begin in the second quarter of 2019. IMHO of course.
For me in particular, this is the sign of a bull run.it may not happen very fast,but the price of valuable coins will be moving up,pull back and resume uptrend.If you watch very well ,you will realize that bitcoin is down 75%,etherium is down 85% and many altcoins are down 90%.On the other hand,bitcoin goes down to the point that affected many miners ,and this resulted in many people panick selling.
Now,the weak hands have sold off and I think the green sign we are seeing currently is an early sign of bull run.
Moreover, there are many gigantic companies and financial heavy weights waiting to join crypto market as well.

Its hard to predict since we saw similar situations in the past already but i sure hope this is the case and we will enter new year with a bull run which will bring fresh money to crypto.

I am not sure that we will see the bull run any time soon. If it could come, it would be here now. I don't see any signs of bull run coming. The market is stagnant, and nothing seems to move it, not even the whales.
not yet ;'( , i think it will happens till new year and will rise next year , but i hope this market will recover as soon as possible
It is true that the market is in green now, but haven't seen a massive rise in the assets of cryptos yet. Besides, the news still optimistic. However, we may say real good signs of a new bull run in the first quarter of 2019.
