From my point of view, this is the best time to buy ETH as its price still cheap and reasonable to buy. On the other hand, ETH has decent potential and great technology to rise up. So I think people should invest in it and hold for the good price.

My general opinion for investing in all the cryptocurrency don't think about the value while you are investing because the when you are going up and down each and every minute so value is not defined the development if you understand this then you will be definitely invest at any time in cryptocurrency field.

I am not sure about the upcoming upgrade of Eth, about reduce reward blocks will lead to the good or bad result is still a mystery. I personally think Eth will not increase prices strongly until June 2019. But it is clear that prices are now very low to buy.

If they'll totally interested into this kind of investment, they never just wait for the pumps happen instead they'll take this opportunity of buying coins in low price and gain profit later.
