It is already 2 months of fake bull market, i see only bear traps recently. I can only predict but i think there will not be any true bull market at all, only manipulation for whales to sell their crypto at higher rates
After a long time the crypto market is going up and it is very good news for all crypto lovers. If this upwards trend will be continue then we can say this is the start of bull market.

I don't really think that could spike the bull run, what could spike the bull run is the SEC approval of major investment from the institutional investors which is expected to happen next month, if that is approved then it could spike the bull run.

This is more like a long run value provider, and not the a kick in the bulls bottom in my opinion. Great news, but certainly nothing that would start a instant bull run just because of this news. When the market sees a steady small growth over a period of time then the bulls will start running in the streets! Whenever that would happen 
I think Coinbase accepting institutional deposits will help the crypto market on a large scale and this could trigger a bullish market that I expect to start in the near future. This news gets me excited about generating my coins and tokens in my current portfolio.

I also expect that, and indeed when we see the market will slowly recover from low land prices. On the other hand the fact that some altcoins are priced increases and hopefully this is followed by other coins. Thus will bring in large investors.
The price of the majority of cryptos have started to increase in a sudden which is really surprising from being down at the beginning of this year. We are still in the middle of this year so there's many thing that may possibly happen whether good or bad so either of the two, avoid selling due to panic and choose to be patient.
On this month of July the market was now started to bull run or maybe it was started to increase the prices.

I cannot say if this can trigger a bullish run in crypto market, but this is definetly a very good news. From my point of view this is another step forward in appling the crypto currencies into the real life.
I expect the beginning of the growth of the crypto-currency market not earlier than October of this year. But there is also a possibility that growth will begin in the spring of 2019.
The start of bull market might be on december because the bitcoin did not yet reach the floor when bitcoin reach 6000 again already thats the last dip i hope and them the bull start.

With positive news from Coinbase, hope Q4 in 2018 will happen bull market. The rate of cryptos will rebind and increase as fast as at the end of 2017. I am very hopeful that the market will recover and improve the exchange rate since I am currently holding a lot of cryptos.
Not at all. The price even went down a little bit more this week too. This bear market looks like it is going to last for a long while before it comes to an end. I don't know how long it will take but we should all prepare ourselves for the long bear. Coinbase opening that new office is not a factor that will help the market bull, the market bulls when people invest in it.
The start of the bull market is postponed for a while, unfortunately in recent days there have been several negative news about the hacking of the crypto-exchange exchanges and the MEW purse, which adversely affected the market
