Nation will never be completed without leader, president or king who represent the nation. The fact that they are there simple to lead the nation, to supervise and to help the people. And we can't imagine a country regardless how how corrupt or bad a leader is, still they lead.. And this also one way measuring ones' ability, to govern and to bring the nation to where it supposed to be.
Leadership is no longer about your position. It's now more about your passion for excellence and making a difference. You can lead without a title.
back in thousand years ago, we can live in a world without leader because everyone is equal, but now a society without leader will be chaos, because of the world need a sophisticate system that can lead the people what to do.
The world without a leader or leaders are just an imagination. It is like in our home, we have our leaders represented by our beloved parents to guide us when we are young. In the school, the teachers serves as a leader that teach us and mold us to become better person. So, if the leaders does not exist in the world, we cannot be as successful, unite, strong, and peaceful country. In contrast with this, leader is a servant, he/she has the power to govern the country but it has limitation that can be invoke by the people. In reality, we based the image of our country to the personality of the present leaders and that's true. If the leader has the power to spread his advocacy and agenda to the people, meaning he is a good leader.
A good leader must have the heart to feel the pain of his/her constituents. She/he must have the power to help, influence the youth, represent the country and perspective to sacrifice his/her own life in order to save his/her country from harm. So, we are blessed if we see all this traits to our present leaders. Our word really need a competitive leaders, not to have a supreme individual or group to dictate us but to have a better and peaceful country and world as a whole.

Just imagine a moving bus full of passengers without a driver, disasterous, that is how a world without leaders. Leaders are needed to guide us in the right direction. But we must also remember to select the best leader to guide us in the right direction for us to live harmoniously.

The masses would ignore global warming until the human species went extinct.
That is what is happening now with no global leader.

No leaders also means no law. No law means chaos. We wouldn't want to live in a chaotic planet now, would we? A state without a leader is like a faucet with broken switch. It's not stopping and will make a huge mess.
War all over the world,fighting from place to place time to time.there will never peace..dead bodies every where or maybe dead bodies eaten by humans becoz of lack of supply.how cruel the world maybe if leaders werent here to command
not everyone can become a leader and even make important decisions...humanity needs a leader to know where to go...and sometimes just to have someone to blame for responsibility) and it's sad really...because people have become irresponsible and it's easier for them to blame someone for their bad life, than change something in it

The world without leaders could be good for us as they have been lying to us all the time especially when it comes to money matters. On the other hand, without anyone to lead us and direct us on what to do or where to go would be chaotic. It's really confusing.
Leaders are the one who makes a country better and brighter. Without leaders, many problems will encounter by the citizens because no one will lead them in what is the right thing to do. War, terrorism, poverty, and killings are only some of the problems that we can encounter. So one leader should stand in front of the citizens to lead and bring the their country into a better country.
Living without a leader is a life with a misguided path. Leader means to direct us and bring us into the good quality of living as a man. Yes many leaders are not functioning well in their responsibility but we cannot deny the the world needs a leader that can offer according to its desire. We complain because some leaders are the source of cruelity but we cannot deny the truth that we actually need a leader but not a leader with lawless heart.

I think there will be total disarray at first, but eventually it will reach control groups and ultimately leaders. There can be no organization between people without leaders.
