To my regret, the masses need leaders or their visibility.
If the world without a leader as president, the king etc. The world will chaotic because everyone would be acting with the rules of their own.
When the world has no leaders, then of course, there will be a lot of war that will happen because when there is no leader, there is no law that will be established or implemented because there is no leader. No one will stand as a high authority and people will do things according to their will and they will not be afraid to kill because there is no punishment. Just like in a family, if there's no parents who will guide the children at home, they will always fight and will not respect each other. Same goes to the world without leaders, it will be very dangerous for everyone because no one will protect the life you have.
Leaders are the one who are creating some laws that is needed in a country and they are also the one who are thinking wisely what is good to increase the economy of a country. Maybe some government officials are not trust worthy enough so we should be wisely before believing too much. Without leaders many problem will occur in the world because no one will stand face this problem with brave an strong heart.
Chaos, turmoil, pandemonium are examples of what could happen if the world doesn't have a leader.
People will be in total disarray. And overtime, high risk of total lack of leader will eventually lead to deterioration. It will be inevitable.
The success of a country depends on a good leadership.
We need leader to represent a specific country to the world to their path of development. A leader who can influence, inspire and help bring out the best out of his constituents.

We are like minions always searching for the best leader but evertime we fail.

It is impossible, because even if all leaders are dissapeared new leaders will come and that would be naturally. In every society started from people 2 years old always appears leaders formal or informal it doesnt matter.
Leaders will always be there. But you need to decide whether you want a dominating leader (such as Vladimir Putin of Russia), who functions independently on his own, or a group of leaders (such as the situation in Germany) where the party officials and other ministers have a say in the day-to-day running of the country.

Leaders meaning an accountability over yourself. That what you do as a person or as a citizen in a community will have repercussions. Let's put it in a small scale. In a family, there is a leader. The leader will direct your efforts and goals which is to actually live longer and be productive. Take that away and you will be as room mates or house mates. No one will tell you what to do hence your goals will differ from another.

I think its gonna be a world without rules, if there is gonna be no rules, then it would be a bit troublesome and in other words chaotic. But, maybe its gonna be good in a way, you are just free and so as everybody. The problem is, everybody is free to do everything they like, now that is definitely a problem and no one is gonna say that its wrong.
The World without Leaders are nothing,, like a ship have no captain,, its terrible,, Leaders are very important to the world cause they lead their own country to follow the rules and law,,leaders implement the rules and laws.
I think we go back to ancient times where there is still a system of slavery, human trade, and evil everywhere. now that there is clearly a leader, there is still another war if not there. a system whereby the powerful becomes the ruler.
i agree with you, as long as there is someone who is powerful and above us, there will always be a leader, whether we like it or not. But a world without a leader will be senseless, there will be no improvement in everything; we will only be stuck in time.

The world will be a total "devastated". Imagine a family without a father or a mother, what will happen to the children.There will be great war!
