For me we need leaders because without them we have no direction.leaders are made because of majority of people we can't stand if we are all followers.thers always someone to lead.saw we have to pick the right leaders to guide us what we want.its a collective effort between a leader and followers.for me leaders are made by destiny...we need leaders OK...

it is cool to say there should be no leaders bcoz we hate politicians , but it is childish thinking bcoz leaders are mainly responsible for proper working of world acitivities . without leaders there will be no coordination in working of any country .

World without leaders i think we're just like a group or like a pack without a leader. Imagine it , i think that's not a good idea. From the word leaders , lead it lead us to lead us in a good way in every positive way.

I probably heard about anarchy, and so it will not lead to anything good, when there will be a type of full equality, but in fact, everyone will still fight for their own good, only more openly and this is no longer possible to prevent anyone.

World without leaders can be sustainable. Look at countries such as France and Germany. They are quite prosperous, although the leaders are quite incompetent and below par. Germany spent tens of billions of Euros of tax revenues to take in uneducated immigrants from the middle eastern nations such as Afghanistan, Syria and Iraq.

Unfortunately, we humans, are a hierarchical species, which means we function as a power-chain. Not everyone has it in them to lead a crowed, but it's common that people are being led, and that's not necessarily a bad thing. There are many out there who have led people to better futures, and of course many who have led them to mayhem. Considering how things have ended up after so many thousands of years, I think it's okay that the system is as it is. There will always be good leaders out there, that want the best for their people, and bad one's. You can probably thing of many examples right now, in our current time that such personalities exist.

I dont think it is possible to have a stable countries without leaders. It is in our DNA, somebody should rule for others. But it is possible if the leader will be machine code, like DAO with deep learning machine systems.

I think this just got out of way a little bit dude. We all know that but what happens if we don't have any capable leaders or we don't have any leaders at all? We can't survive with eah and everyone doing what they want. It will lead to anarchy and history has a lot of lessons to teach us about anarchy.

I think that if the world will be without leaders then the first thing that would be doing is that there would be chaos as there would be people with different agendas and they would be doing what they want. And the world will unite to find for a common leader and we would go back again to putting up leaders.

We need someone who is powerful and intelligent, like Vladimir Putin. On the other hand, Donald Trump is increasingly looking like a clown nowadays. He has diluted many of his core policies (such as immigration and the border wall) and his foreign policy could have been much better (especially in regions such as North Korea and Syria).

It'll be hard for us to stand firm without our leaders. Weather good or bad, a country always needs a leader to guide it. They're like our parents. They aren't perfect but they still want what's best for us. We might not understand it now but we'll understand it someday.
