The world without leaders is like a world without understanding. Because leader has a big responsibility to organize his member and to lead his company to become successful
I think world without leaders is just like a family without parents. I mean the people will do anything they want without thinking or considering whether they doing is good or not. Because if no leader then meaning we don't have law also and it is very chaotic if we do not have law.
The masses would ignore global warming until the human species went extinct.
That is what is happening now with no global leader.

Global leaders such as Donald Trump are not very convinced on the global warming theory. So how this is going to help? That said, the world needs leaders, no matter how much decentralized the administration is. No nation can survive without a strong and capable leader. And this is what happened to the Soviet Union in the late 1980s.
Leaders are the representation of people.
People's thought are made by the society.
Thus, places with bad leaders have something wrong with their society.

People are used to having someone control them and without the control of the authorities they will just do what they want, which will eventually lead to chaos. The whole world will be destroyed.

Right. That's why the world is now going to shits because of leaders like that. Thr importance of leadership in a society can't br undermined. We need that to have order. Though its important for us followers to choose a leader that thinks for the better of us all and not for himself
World without leader will never be peaceful. Without a leader there's no good society, there's no law that will protect human rights and nature and there's no progress and change. A goal, an aimwill never be attain with no one to lead it. And lastly, without a leader, world would be a mere mess.

World without leaders is a chaos. Everyone will only care about themselves and will not think about others. Everything will not be organized. Every one will take other's belongings in other to survive in their every day life. But if we see today, we have leaders but still we experience this happenings. We have the choice who to pick as our leader but we don't have the mind to pick the right one. Or the candidates to run as our leader is so greedy and hungry for power that they will do every thing just to get the position. So everything will end up as a chaos. The leader that takes place is a greedy, and selfish or a leader that is ignorant.
Chaos! We need leaders to strengthen our nation, to have a good economy for a better future.

For me the world without leaders is totally a chaos. Leaders are present for the society to have a moderator. Evwn the communist or the socialist countries has theirbown leader for their government to have a stable ruling because if not there will be no eyes for the people they will not know if there doings are humane or not.
There will always be a leader. If there isn't one, then you're somehow misinformed and you don't know who the real leader is.
It'll be hard for a country to stand firm without leaders. Leaders stand as our parents so as children , it'll be hard for us to live without guidance. We might get lost and go on a wrong path. As a sheep who lost in pastures without nowhere to run, we need a sheperd to lead and guide us. That's how important our leaders are.

Well it will surely the world will become miserable, perhaps each nations could be in trouble or war. But of course, its not going to be happen anyway. As you can see all countries had their own leader to lead them in a better way of life. 
A world without a leader is not possible. Because everyone is an race, nobody wants to be equal. But if something like this was possible, it could be nice.
I guess it will be a lot of chaos, the countries that still have a leader, still often garbled. let alone have no leader. Leadership is important because it provides an inspirational figure to lead people towards great accomplishments. The success of a country or organization depends on leadership. That means on the ability to place the right person at the right position at the right time.The world desperately needs leadership.
Decentralization is great for cryptocurrencies, but not for most other things we have in our society. Imagine if we had companies like Apple and Microsoft without leadership. It would be a disaster, and we would not have today the products and services they brought to us.
Now, do not confuse private leadership with state leadership.
You stole my thoughts) I absolutely agree. Humans are social being, in group is our power. In the psyhology exist the special term for this - synergy effect Now, do not confuse private leadership with state leadership.

There would be no rules, no more followers and maybe no where to go. Some might take advantage when that time comes and more crimes will happen. We still need head even in our home.
