Now that is one good story that many gamblers could learn from it. If you have wondered why many people continue to gamble even if they have won it is because they want more. They want more so desperate that they have lost it all. This must be a valuable lesson in giving up and moving on. I have gambled in the past and lost a bit and I would definitely share to every body the power of control. Gamble not because it is enjoyable, gamble because you have a goal. And that goal is to win.

If i win that Big?i will surely make my own gambling site and will also operate a small gambling house in my place so even that i will not gamble for sure my luck will remain as now i am the operator and not a player.

If I have won that huge amount of money, I will quit gambling too for sure.
I'm not that greedy when it comes to money and opportunities like this comes once in a blue moon so better grab it and don't be too greedy and say that I can make it more and more. Thinking like that will lead to regret since you have a huge amount of money already but you became greedy so the ending is you lose all of it. Instead of stopping and going back home with the money, you choose to gamble it all until you lost.

Being greedy will not get a good outcome let say a player already win a huge amount of money but once you cannot know how to spend it or to use to more money it will gone for sure because many player win millions of dollars or let say hundreds dollars but they lose all of that because of being greedy.I'm not that greedy when it comes to money and opportunities like this comes once in a blue moon so better grab it and don't be too greedy and say that I can make it more and more. When we say a lot of money, every gambler could have a different definition of a lot, and although we already have a lot, sometimes we didn't realize that because we are heavily in groove with the emotion when gambling, we sometimes feel we are unbeatable and we thinking seizing the moment would be the best idea and that kind of factor sometimes makes us forget how to initiate the word "STOP".

Every gambler should understand this so they will not be stupid enough not to accept loses.
The reason why some gamblers get into addiction is because they can't accept a loses, they want everything to be instant while wanting to win all the time.

Hopefully when the luck runs out people may lose such big money and then looking back it would be nothing more than regret because you had being millionaire for few mins or so and later if played and lost it you end up on a rough road. So people who value money and has always wanted one big such opportunity will take it and ensure they utilize it properly for the rest of the life and make more money by investing it.
The fact that they will never stop from gambling, that means they have a big goal or they are just greedy.
Looking for luck but without discipline, a gambler would never succeed and it will only come in the end that they will regret because they could have win or regret because they lose everything they have.

He played a couple times, he hardly needed to kick a habit or anything to quit.
Him winning £400k and quitting is similar to saying a lottery winner never went back to playing the lottery, as if they were playing all the time beforehand...
Still, anybody who bets a large amount and wins is smart if they're able to quit while they're ahead. The odds are increasingly against players the more they bet, since they'll eventually lose to the house.

I don't think it is a necessary thing to discuss. He can spend it as fast as he wants, why not?There are a lot of ways to spend money only in a day. But I think it is not a wise decision to spend all.

NO. Do you think it is a must to spend all the money as soon as possible?Indeed, he can use the money for food supplies. Or he can use some for charity or donation. At least, he can transfer the money, then he can use the money for various purposes, right? So, why the option is only food supplies? It's a big NO, mate.
But his decision to stop while ahead means he thinks wisely.

Gambling isn't just a game for some people. Might in people who have a lot of cash in there hands. Gambling is a one way ticket to being a millionaire and at the same time for being a poor one. We don't know gambling outcomes because it is a game where you can't control because for me it has a 50-50 chance of winning always. Large amount of earnings in gambling is a major success because not all people who gamble doesn't win yet end up being broke on their budget.
This man who won a large amiunt of money did the right thing for the best interest for himself. He can start with that money and do some other businesses. But of course he will not stop yet he have some earnings. For me gambling is a series of hsrd and dangerous decisions to make not just because it involves money but your life also.
Getting out of the game if you already won isn't bad if possible because you just only secure your earnings and you have a better strategy in order for you to enjoy playing it while ofcourse doing your main purpose which is earning. I don't think gambling is like a job, because we all know that it totally depends on our luck. If you take it seriously, then there is no doubt that you will be addicted on it. Look, Josh Spurling won a large amount of money and he decided he would never gamble again. why? That doesn't mean he won't come back for fear of getting addicted, actually he is afraid of losing money. Truly he is very lucky person, his gambling luck is pretty good. If he has that gambling mindset, definitely, he can still fall for that thought that he can extend his luck and go chase for another windfall. I myself won big in a land based casino and in less than 24 hours I'm back again and hoping that I will get lucky. Not the best thing to do!!

That is awesome. I really hope he does not challenge his luck again. But that is pretty possible. People think, it can happen again. That Is nearly the same in trading. Many people wants more and more and then the train has already leaving the train station.
I also wish he remain firm in his decision and do not gamble again. Many a times when people won something big, they make big commitment with themselves but with the passage of time, they forget their words. He is very lucky to win this amount and he should do business with it, and not gambling.

The guy who does this is not really hooked in gambling, because if he is he will continue gambling, he is educated enough to know the many pitfalls and traps brought by gambling to people who don't know how to gamble and how to stop, this is rare and he should be congratulated because that was such a feat.
^ This should be good news here is that somebody won a huge amount and decided to quit while still ahead. He won twice because of luck and decided to quit for now because of what he already has but for how long he can stand on his decision for people has a mindset of once they were able to do it then they can do it again. Hopefully, he has all the guts to stand on his decision because it comes back and gambles again to try his luck he probably ends up losing everything. And one more idea that I want to point out on this is, wouldn't it be another form of advertisement to entice everyone in playing online casinos especially this time of lockdown when we all have plenty of time that we may spend in gambling.

Most likely he will come back after spending his winnings. If we already experience how to win we are thinking that the next time we gamble the chances to win again is high its on our mindset. But it depends on our luck we cant rely to our past experience or strategies because if you're not lucky then your chance to win is slim.
Stop gambling and enjoy the winnings but spend it wisely. But they say the money you acquire easily is very easy to spend compared to the money you earn from hard work because you will value every cent of it.
