Deposit transactions automated? If so why my balance still looks zero?

Could you check my Ticket which is  #414 STEEM deposit?

There was no warning about STEEM deposit and still not!! I would not deposit if there was a warning.

And if there is no warning how can we know which coins are ok?!

I made a deposit yesterday of 5k WGR and still no credit? Also, my BCH Balance was there earlier today and all of a sudden it just disappears?? WHAT IS GOING ON? I sent support ticket but apparently you guys don't respond...Trollbox is full of people asking questions but you have no onsite admin?

When will you add BCC trading pairs?

At the moment, we are not planning to list it. So just withdraw them, if you want. Wink

We will make an official announcement if something changes in this direction.
so you will observed if bch will be adopted before creating your own pair right? lets see how long it will take before you decide
since that there's already some exchange who already open this for trading, good luck tidex.

I created an account in tidex on 06/19/2017 logava normally. With the new site I do not agree logar says incorrect email or password I have changed the password 3 times without success. I opened a 4 day ticket and no support. I need help

Part II Official announcements and important news.

1. Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals are enabled!

2. We have removed the Attachments for Waves and Waves assets. So, please check your Waves address before depositing because for each account has been assigned a personal Waves address.

3. As for Bitcoin Cash, we will continue to monitor the situation. During the week we will be watching on the BCC fork, and if everything is okay we are planning to allocate Bitcoin Cash to users in the ratio 1: 1 based on the balance at the time of UAHF.

Not been able to withdraw BTC for days now, no confirm email! Tried cancelling and redo but still nothing!

Now because of that:

 "...deposits and withdrawals will be temporarily closed in the evening 2017-07-31 @UTC+3 (MSK), until the situation in the bitcoin network is fully stabilized." you will wait even longer."

But support should to fix this anyway..

Official announcements and important news.

1. Tidex supports only the Bitcoin Core. We are ready for various possible situations, but due to the increased risk of the hard fork, deposits and withdrawals will be temporarily closed in the evening 2017-07-31 @UTC+3 (MSK), until the situation in the bitcoin network is fully stabilized.
If the Bitcoin Cash receives public support, we can include Bitcoin Cash trading within a few days after UAHF, if it will be safe for us. If we do this, we are planning to allocate Bitcoin Cash to users in the ratio 1: 1 based on the balance of Bitcoin users at the time of UAHF.

2. We removed the Attachments for Waves deposits. Please check your Waves address before depositing, because for each account has been assigned a personal Waves address. Also in the coming days, attachments will be removed for the Waves assets which listed on the Tidex Exchange.

3. As for support tickets. We are receiving each request. Everything is fine with it, but due to the deep system upgrades and the situation with the Bitcoin network, we will respond to each application a little bit later. In any case, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Do deposits are already blocked? It is still not evening.. but my transfer has already 4 confirmations and still is not visible on exchange ..  Roll Eyes
